Average - Feels isolated.
Pros:

Location is ok, a block off the back side of the Galleria, it is a joint hotel of part AC and part Residence Inn, the parking garage is a long distance from the AC front desk and elevators. You have to go to the 1st floor make your way through the meeting room hallway to the lobby and then across lobby if bringing in bags. Front desk was helpful. One note they do have a breakfast but it is not complementary but apparently on the other side of the same lobby the Residence inn folks have free breakfast. An odd arrangement.

We were placed in a hearing accessible room, the strobes in the room apparently have never been cleaned as they have mildew or mold growing on them. The room was a bit banged up. But fine. Bed was comfortable.

It is a large property and on the day we were leaving only one of two elevators were working on our side and it took quite a while to get on one. We ended up riding up and then down as we had been waiting 10 minutes.

overall I would say its an average hotel property.

Perfect Location, Spotless Hotel & Exceptional Service from Ricky
Pros:

Stayed here for the SMU graduation weekend & it could not have been a better choice. The property was extremely clean, comfortable & very well kept. One thing we especially loved was the location , super easy access to the highway , but still in a very silent, peaceful area that allowed us to actually rest after long graduation days.

Breakfast was excellent every morning, and the overall hospitality was amazing throughout the stay.

The biggest standout was Ricky at the front desk. Truly flawless service. Warm, attentive, efficient & always willing to help with anything we needed. He completely elevated the experience and made us feel genuinely taken care of. Employees like him are the reason people come back to a hotel.

Ada is an amazing employee her customer service is exceptional. I appreciate her being patient assisting me while managing multiple task at once by herself at the front desk. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves for her hospitality.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and there was plenty of seating in the rooms as well as in the lounge and bar area.

I don’t think I would stay here again. It was an OK experience I’ve definitely had better.

It was a nice area I felt

Cons:

Unfortunately, my towels were dirty and there were stains on my bed. Also, the fire alarm went off randomly for over an hour. Also, I got bit by a bunch of mosquitoes by the pool.
