Cons:

I didn't like the parking, that's about it. They charge $25 per night to park in garage, that's insane to me

Would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

The Front Desk employee was the BEST! Friendly, helpful and gracious. The closeness of the Galleria with lots of shops, and great restaurants.

Cons:

Stale popcorn. Plus, you had to be popped it on the Residence side. Groceries need to be rotated out to ensure freshness.

I love this hotel!!
Pros:

I absolutely loved this hotel! the staff was amazing especially Thony!! shoutout to him, he was so nice and accommodating. We stayed for the weekend and everything was perfect. The bar staff was nice as well. Great drinks and vibes. Room was really nice and looks like photos. Clean rooms as well. I am very picky with hotel rooms especially with the bathrooms and we were very comfortable. I will definitely come back!

Pros:

The hotel was great except for the parking. Street parking was free, but to find a place to park on the street that wasn't two or three blocks away was like winning the lottery. They do have a parking garage that costs 24 dollars a night. Even the garage was a block away.

The walls are very thin as well. You can hear everything.

Pros:

The floor we were on was kinda noisy. Someone was yelling and crying at 12am. The ac in the rooms is some of the best Ive experienced. Maybe that’s what “AC” stands for. Only complaint is the ac thermostat stays lit all night.
