Excellent for business travellers
Pros:

Spacious room with a large working desk and easy accessible power connections. Ideal for business travellers. 2 min. walk from a large shopping mall. Very spacious lobby.

Cons:

Breakfast on Saturday morning was quite different than Friday morning ; no waffles, no mixed fruit, plastic cutlery instead of metal and carton plates.. Not that standard you would expect at this price range..

Pros:

I came in town and had book with another hotel. Unfortunately that place cancel due to system issues. I came to AC/Residence Inn by Marriott Dallas location and was helped by Ada. Ada was excellent help not old did she get me a room asap she accommodated my every need for the stay! Thank you Ada.

Don’t stay here!!!!
Pros:

They steal your money!!! Don’t stay here!!! I’ve called repeatedly and was told I would receive a refund, only for them to now say I never stayed there!

Cons:

They’re liars, and thieves! While I was on the phone waiting after calling over 10x, I heard another man in the background also complaining about charges that didn’t make sense. They tried charging me $30 randomly both days while staying there. I never parked at the hotel parking but yet they charged me for it. Said it would be refunded but now all of a sudden I never stayed there.

Didn't like the surprise of paying $26 per night for parking. I think that is ridiculous. I did not see that in the fine print on booking.com. I would stay somewhere else because of that alone

It was okay but I most likely won’t book again.
Pros:

Comfortable room

Cons:

Had to change rooms when we first arrived. The first one was like walking into a sauna, the air conditioning was not working. Also did not like how the 2 hotels were connected but had separate lobbies and the residence inn check in desk was never open. Plus I was told the wrong time about breakfast and we did not get to eat. The other hotel’s breakfast was open but we were not welcome there.
