Don’t stay here!!!!
Pros:

They steal your money!!! Don’t stay here!!! I’ve called repeatedly and was told I would receive a refund, only for them to now say I never stayed there!

Cons:

They’re liars, and thieves! While I was on the phone waiting after calling over 10x, I heard another man in the background also complaining about charges that didn’t make sense. They tried charging me $30 randomly both days while staying there. I never parked at the hotel parking but yet they charged me for it. Said it would be refunded but now all of a sudden I never stayed there.

Cons:

Didn't like the surprise of paying $26 per night for parking. I think that is ridiculous. I did not see that in the fine print on booking.com. I would stay somewhere else because of that alone

It was okay but I most likely won’t book again.

Comfortable room

Cons:

Had to change rooms when we first arrived. The first one was like walking into a sauna, the air conditioning was not working. Also did not like how the 2 hotels were connected but had separate lobbies and the residence inn check in desk was never open. Plus I was told the wrong time about breakfast and we did not get to eat. The other hotel’s breakfast was open but we were not welcome there.

Pros:

Very kind and attentive staff. Room was impeccable. It was so clean and the body wash/lotion was a total plus. Breakfast was delicious. Parking was very secure.

Cons:

The bar was lacking. I did not enjoy my drink and it was very expensive for the quality.

Long stay at the Residence Inn
Pros:

My house had water damage so I stayed at the Residence Inn for 5 weeks. It was convenient and nice. It was bit noisy at times ( there were several soccer teams there for a week - teenage boys). Ricky at the front desk was always helpful, friendly and courteous. There was free breakfast every morning and Rebecca was especially helpful there and was on duty most days. If I needed something, she was always willing to find it for me. I enjoyed my stay. Shout out to these two staff members.
