Great property
Pros:

Staff provided superb service. We kind of messed up our reservations and there were delightfully helpful with all of that. Rooms are beautiful, clean and spacious.

Cons:

The Residence Inn is attached to the marriott AC property, which is a little confusing. And they separated the breakfasts between the two hotels which made us feel a little "second class".

Misty is one of the most amazing individuals I’ve met since being here in Dallas for the first time. Meeting her here at the Marriott , and assisting me in becoming a BONVOY member on top of it all. She has truly made this experience even more special.

Pros:

cleanliness, good location, friendly staff, good amenities (pool, laundry, Gym) , nice lobby nice bar

Cons:

some furniture in the room needs to be changed
also the rooms are a little dark due the colours they used for curtain and carpet and furniture
breakfast team are amazing but the options for breakfast wasn’t changing in whole week only in weekend they had some small changes.

Upgrading to the AC Marriot if I stay here again.
Pros:

Enjoyed the walk-in shower.
The gym was better than most other places I've stayed.
Parking garage (needs larger parking spaces)

Cons:

The walk-in shower, it needs a little longer barrier wall and the showerhead needs mor articulation. This will greatly reduce the amount of splash out. The showerhead angle is practically set to shoot water outside of the shower.

Finding the parking lot entrance (Google was lacking). $25 a day?! We're already paying to stay at the hotel.
1 building, 2 hotels.
2 different breakfast bars, one for each hotel. AC Marriot has a very good looking one while the Residence is just a little better than the average Holiday Inn.
Checking in, the concier knew which hotel I was staying at and pointed me to the AC Marriot breakfast bar location, but not the Residence breakfast bar. Found out the following morning that he was mistaken. Disappointing.
Both hotels use the same check-in desk.
Need to put the Wi-Fi password in the Rooms.
Let guests use their room keys for the parking garage entry and exit instead of a flimsy paper tag.
Parking garage has too many "compact" car spaces and not enough full-size (normal) vehicle spaces.

Excellent bar service
Pros:

Jonathan at the bar was amazing! The 30% off of wine was a great deal and the bonvoy member charcuterie board was a nice surprise. When you spend a lot of time away from home it felt very comfy. Thank you Jonathan for your warm hospitality! You are amazing .
