Durante nuestra estancia vivimos el temblor del 10 de agosto. Notamos con preocupación que no se activó ninguna alarma ni protocolo de alerta para los huéspedes. Al intentar evacuar desde el piso 6 por las escaleras más cercanas a la habitación 608, nos encontramos con que la puerta de salida de emergencia en el primer piso tenía candado. Esto nos obligó a reaccionar por cuenta propia, subir nuevamente y buscar una ruta alternativa a través del parqueadero en el piso 3 para poder bajar por el ascensor. Es urgente e indispensable que el hotel revise sus protocolos de seguridad y mantenga las vías de evacuación despejadas y funcionales ante una emergencia como esta.
Desayuno muy bueno y las instalaciones, piscina y habitaciones estan bien.
El Hotel y el personal es excelente. Gran calidez humana. La calidad de la comida si deja mucho que desear, aunque debo aclarar que solo pedí una picada mediante Room Service y francamente de muy mala calidad. Tanto así que preferí no pedir nada más los siguientes días. El servicio de cocteles en piscina lo usé y fue satisfactorio.

La comida del buffet y las opciones de menú del almuerzo muy ricas, la playa queda a dos cuadras y está bien aunque tiene algas, sin embargo, el hotel tiene un convenio con una playa privada cercana y se puede acceder al servicio fácilmente

Great room and great breakfast. They checked us in late and coordinated our transportation. Held our bags for the day. They also allowed us to use the pool area after check out which was very nice.
Our room keys did not work on the elevator well.
