This is my second time staying here, great location, nice room, and very good breakfast. The pool area is nice and the view is also amazing.
The room did not smell that well (a little bit moldy) and you can totally see that the furnitures are getting old. I wish there were some shampoo and body wash in the bathroom, which wasn't super clean.
El personal extremadamente amable, especialmente Nara y Valentina. Se portaron muy bien con nosotros y fueron muy acogedores. La cama MUY cómoda, estuvo increíble. La vista preciosa desde el piso 19. Las instalaciones del hotel están en muy buen estado de conservación y limpieza. El desayuno buffet muy rico. En general es un hotel muy cómodo para ir a dormir y descansar si la mayoría de planes van a ser afuera. Quedamos muy contentos y agradecidos con nuestra estadía. Gracias a todo el equipo AC Hotel Santa Marta!
La ducha tenía un problema de diseño y cuando nos bañábamos se inundaba el piso y el cubículo del inodoro. Nos hizo falta espacio para guardar nuestra ropa (cajones). Faltan más espacios (zonas sociales) para pasar tiempo. Nos hizo mucha falta que no hubiera Sauna, Turco o una zona dedicada para Spa (los masajes son en la piscina o en la habitación por una empresa tercerizada que tiene convenio con el hotel). El horario del desayuno es muy corto: termina a las 10:00AM (muy temprano para los que nos gusta dormir hasta tarde!) y a esa hora ya hay menos cosas. El WiFi muy intermitente, se caía a cada rato que queríamos ver una película.

Los baños no tienen para cerrar la puerta, si vas en grupo es incómodo se tiende abrir.
Limpiar los vidrios de la piscina para tener una mejor vista.

Sunday afternoon there is a DJ at the pool. Good for some, not for us.
Fantastic- the room, the pool, location, restaurant- everything was exactly as described and as photographs. Staff were super efficient and absolutely lovely - at the reception, restaurant, bars etc. location fab - 2 mins walk to the harbour where day cruises sail from, and maybe 5 to the cathedral and 10 to the amazing gold museum.
Nothing. Well, I would have liked some powdered milk for the coffee but that is a tiny thing 😂
Excelente experiencia en AC Hotel by Marriott Santa Marta. El servicio fue increíble, todo el personal muy amable. Las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias, y la ubicación es muy buena.
El desayuno buffet es muy completo y delicioso. En general, me gustó todo jaja.
