Lo único bueno es la ubicación.
Definitivamente no se comporta como un hotel de cuatro estrellas.
Nadie nos ayudó con las maletas al hacer check in.
La habitación es sumamente incómoda, tanto la ducha como el inodoro están enclaustrados, es totalmente claustrofóbico.
Había suciedad en la habitación.
La cantidad en el buffet de desayuno era buena, pero por desgracia, no así la calidad. Poca variedad de fruta, poca calidad en carnes frías y quesos, pan seco…
Tuvimos que esperar bastante para conseguir una mesa en el desayuno.

We loved the hotel's location. It's right near Parque de los Novios and many great restaurants. It is also very close to the boardwalk and the marina, which made it so easy to catch a boat to the Tayrona beaches
Need to update the bathroom and sink. Also, the door does not close properly.
La vista y la ubicación. Espectacular.
Le hace falta accesorios en la ducha para colgar la ropa o las toallas.
La amplitud y equipamiento de la habitacion, la comodidad de las camas y el variadisimo y exquisito desayuno. Tambien la ubicacion, cerca del centro, para salir a caminar, cercania a plaza de los novios y el puerto para paseos en botes.
La piscina si bien es grande y ubicada en 4to piso con servicio de bar y restaurant, le faltaba un toque de naturaleza , con mas vegetacion circundante. No la usamos.

Es war wirklich sehr schön und das Frühstück war lecker! Das Hotel liegt in perfekter Laufweite zur Innenstadt und zum Strand.
Die Fahrstühle sind etwas langsam, aber das ist nicht schlimm.
Alles top, tolle zimmer toller Pool tolle Anlage.
Das Essen fanden wir leider nicht so toll, Chirrasco Steak war im vergleich zu anderen Steaks in Kolumbien keine gute Wahl im Hotelrestaurant. Jedoch war das personal sehr nett und hat es uns zurückerstattet.

La ubicacion y aseo del lugar
Hay detalles, como por ejemplo el cafe en las habitaciones en otros hoteles de la misma gama se incluye a diario los pods para el cafe y en este solo fue el primer dia. Asi mismo tampoco recargan las botellas de agua a diario. El desayuno no tiene opciones claramente veganas, mas que la fruta.Algo básico como tener leches vegetales.
