Las instalaciones. La ubicación, cercano a todos. El personal muy amable.

Cons:

En la piscina no se permitía en ingreso de mascotas, aún así, permitieron que otros huéspedes las ingresaran a este lugar. Está bien ser Pet Friendly, pero si no está permitido el ingreso en algún lugar, se debe cumplir

Santa Marta es todo lo que está bien!!!
Pros:

El ambiente en la piscina 10/10, vista genial y música todo el tiempo. La habitación amplia y comoda con vista al mar. Desayuno tipo Buffet, la comida es deliciosa, la atención en el restaurante es buena. El hotel tiene buena ubicación, cerca al parque de los novios para comer si se quiere algo diferente a la comida de allí. Celebré mi cumpleaños allí y ese día el restaurante se destacó con la atención del personal. Ofrecen un recorrido a Playa Calderón incluido por el hospedaje allí.

Cons:

El gimnasio nada que ver, super pequeño, las máquinas dañadas, no pude entrenar. Mejoraría la atención en recepción y el recibimiento de los huéspedes.

Pros:

Está muy bien ubicado, tiene buena vista y la atención del personal es muy buena.

Cons:

La distribución de la habitación era rara. El lavamanos, la ducha y el inodoro estaban separados uno de otro y todo era poco práctico. Así mismo, los vidrios estaban bastante sucios, lo que opacaba la vista.
