Υπεροχη τοποθεσιο, ακριβως στο κεντρο της πολης. Ανετα κρεβατια. Πολυ καλο πρωινο με πολλες επιλογες. Εξυπηρετικο προσωπικο, υπηρχε ενα θεμα με το πρωτο δωματιο και μας εξυπηρετησαν αμεσα.

Cons:

Το δωματιο για εμενα τουλαχιστον δεν ειχε επαρκη θερμανση. Θα επρεπε δωματιο και ειδικα στο μπανιο η θερμανση να ηταν περισσοτερη

Cons:

Das personal war ausnahmslos unfreundlich. Kein lächeln, keine nette geste, kein nettes wort. Man hatte immer das gefühl, man stört.

Im zimmer in dem das schlafsofa stand, war am ausgeklappten sofa ein metallteil abgebrochen, sodass es eine sehr scharfkantige eckke gab, an welcher sich meine kinder verletzt haben.
Das personal verstand mich nicht, sodass nicht darauf eingegangen wurde.

the reception was in a different building than my room. So had to leave the building and walk around 300m to check in, eat breakfast and check out. No service was provided with the luggage.

Vše perfektní, lokalita ubytování přímo u Vřídla byla bezvadná a rovněž snídaně (výběr super, personál moc milý).
Vybavení pokoje krásné, vše čisté, káva na pokoji a oceňuji udržitelnost - ne vždy je potřeba úklid a čisté ručníky každý den.

Spectacular
Pros:

The place is beautiful ,clean rooms, neatly organized. Friendly staff. Loved it and the view was spectacular the breakfast has many options which is good. Overall the workers are respectfully nice and the rooms are fantastically cleaned.

Cons:

There’s two hotels one somewhere else and the other one elsewhere. But all share the same reception. If you want to check in and you have luggage you have to drag your luggage all the way to the reception which is on the other hotel. It’s inconvenient. It would be better if they had another reception on the other hotel . Check in and check out has to be on the main hotel.
