În primul rând nu am primit camera pe care am plătit-o am cerut un pat dublu și ei mi-au confirmat că sunt de acord nu era că cea din poza de la rezervare. Cind am cerut sa-mi schimbe camera d-l. de la recepție mi-a spus că dacă nu-mi convine, să dorm pe stradă. Noaptea era frig în cameră e inadmisibil că la un hotel de 4stele atunci cind noaptea sunt5-6grade afară să ppnu dai încălzire.am anunțat la receptie și din 7 nopți de abia în a6si a 7 noapte au dat.

Прекрасный отель атмосферный. Центральное расположение. Номер наш был в здании WOLKER это отдельное здание от основного ASTORIA. В главном здании находиться все и ресторан и SPA и прекрасная чайная комната. Небольшое неудобство передвигаться из одного в другое для нас было незначительно. Но для других это может быть неудобно. Отличный ресторан с отличным обслуживанием. Спасибо персоналу за профессионализм. Номера постель белье безупречно чистые. Рекомендую.
