Disappointing Hotel experience, but love Novi Sad.
Pros:

Location.
One receptionist ( blonde hair and glasses) was very helpful and customer friendly.

Cons:

The hotel requires a deep clean.
TV not working, reported to reception, Cant do anything.
Room 311 in disrepair.
Phone not connected.
Sheer curtain splashed with ? Blood/chocolate….. needs a good wash.
Bedside cabinet no handle.
Carpet wall strip coming away and creating a trip hazard.
Shower holder broken.
Skirting on table at buffet breakfast were black with dust and dirt…. Needs regular washing.
Table runners in breakfast room need regular replacement and washing.
Condiment racks on breakfast tables dusty, splatters of food and are generally dirty.

Cons:

Der var beskidt på værelset, grimme pletter på gulvtæpper.
Badeværelset var under al kritik, fugerne var sorte, afløbet virkede ikke tilstrækkeligt og der stod derfor vand i bruseniche, man kunne ikke lukke bruseniche så der var vand over det hele på badeværelset når man var i bad.

Prijatno osoblje,počev od recepcije,sobarice do konobara.Dopao me se prostran I osvetljen dnevnom svetlošću apartman.U pitanju je soba 309.

Cons:

I ako je u pitanju stari name štaj,kao I sve ostalo,trebalo bi se više posvetiti higijeni I zameniti dotrajalo.Zavese su ,sem što su stare,iscepane su I prljave.Frižider nije radio.Tuš u očajnom stanju.Tepih,ili već itison zaprljan, sa nekim mrljama na sebi,krevet na razvlačenje, sav propao.Samo jedna čaša za piće,itd...

I would not recommend this hotel and would personally avoid staying under such conditions.
Pros:

While the breakfast was good, the smoking in the breakfast room, despite the clearly posted ban, was intolerable.

Cons:

Guests openly ignored the no‑smoking policy in the breakfast room. Hotel staff did not intervene although I had asked for it. To avoid the smoke in the breakfast room, I had breakfast outside, which was possible thanks to the good weather. The window in the room could only be opened and closed with considerable force. Although I reported this to reception, it was not repaired, and no alternative room was offered. During my three-day stay, there was no room service — neither was the bed made nor was the bathroom cleaned.
