Great location and views, but definitely not 'boutique' standard

Cons:

"The apartment is advertised as a 'Boutique apartment'. We actually understand that to mean something else. Although the location and the building are really good—with a beautiful view over Agia Marina, nestled among the pine trees—the interior and finish are definitely not 'boutique-worthy'. Worn-out furniture, a very primitive kitchen setup, and flimsy balcony chairs and table (we took the liberty of 'borrowing' more comfortable chairs from the communal terrace, which was truly necessary to sit somewhat comfortably on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful view). The wardrobe door had to be kept shut with rubber bands. It is all a great shame because, with a bit more attention to the interior, this apartment (in terms of location, size, and potential) could easily score a 9 or a 10."

ήσυχο κατάλυμα, ιδανικό για οικογένεια. άνετο καθαρό.

Cons:

είχε πάρα πολλά κουνούπια, αλλά αυτό ήταν ένα γενικότερο αρνητικό της Αίγινας. εμείς επειδή είχαμε μωρό δεν άναψα με πότε κλιματισμό και έπρεπε να έχουμε ανοιχτά τα παράθυρα για να παίρνουμε αέρα. ακόμα και που είχα 2 ταμπλέτες μέσα στο δωμάτιο η κατάσταση ήταν ανυπόφορη. πάρα πολύ κουνούπι.

La vue est exceptionnelle !

Cons:

Il manque une raclette dans la salle de bain (on inonde dès qu’on se douche…) et au moins une pelle et une balayette pour ramasser quand on fait tomber quelque chose…

Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
Pros:

Aegina is a beautiful island that is absolutely worth visiting. This guesthouse is located in the cozy area of Agia Marina, where I stayed for eight days. The sea view is unbeatable—even just relaxing on the balcony was completely worth it. The staff are also incredibly friendly.

Cons:

The only minor downsides are that some in-room facilities are a bit dated, and there is a very steep hill to climb. If you’re pulling luggage up, definitely be prepared for a workout. However, once you're walking around without luggage or renting a scooter to get around, it’s not an issue at all.

Αν υπήρχε κάτι που θα μπορούσε να βελτιωθεί, θα ήταν η οργάνωση του χώρου στάθμευσης, ώστε να εξυπηρετούνται πιο εύκολα οι επισκέπτες

Loved the whole atmosphere of the village. Everyone very friendly.Had a really relaxing few days.

A bit of a steep hill to get to it. Couple of issues with wardrobe doors not closing and shower flooding bathroom but otherwise fantastic

Was a nice relaxing stay.
Pros:

Location, quick responses from property manager, and cleanliness of room.

Cons:

It would be nice to have 4 bath towels, a blanket, a few beach towels, and a few extra pillows available for comfort.
