Hoteles.com no gestionó nuestra reserva.
Pros:

El hotel no tenía ninguna reserva de hoteles.com para nosotros, indicaron nunca haber recibido algún email de nuestra reserva, el gerente tuvo que ayudarnos para que no se dañara nuestro paseo, razón por la cual nos tocó en las habitaciones disponibles una de ellas con mucho ruido por estar cerca a la carretera. Por otra parte la atención del hotel fue muy buena.
