A really special hotel - brilliant.
Pros:

The hotel is central in Burgdorf, it sits off one of the main streets and is easy to find and see. The exterior is modern and stylish as is the inside. The staff are exceptional - balancing being professional and friendly. It’s a warm comforting place the moment you enter. We also liked the fact the hotel is owed by the Lifestyle foundation that helps people of all abilities into the workplace. Also we loved the shower head lever.

Pros:

Kaum angekommen hatten wir eine unbeschreibliche tolle Begrüßung
Das Projekt Lebensart gibt den Haus eine ganz persönliche Note! Wirklich alles ist super organisiert und liebevoll ausgeführt
Der Anblick auf die Burg ist sehr schön und man hat direkt die Möglichkeit durch die Oberstadt zu bummeln

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, ein schönes Altstadt Hotel, direkt im Zentrum.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war toll und sehr reichhaltig, mit einer sehr freundlichen Bedienung, die immer Ordnung gemacht hat.

Cons:

In der Nacht halt doch Geräusche der Altstadt, es war warm daher haben wir mit offenem Fester geschlafen.

Freundlich zuvorkommend und gerne wieder
Pros:

Super! Freundlicher Empfang, mit instruktion und allen notwendigen Infos.
Parkplatz wurde für uns reserviert und beschriftet, so das wir nicht lange suchen mussten.
Frühstüch super lecker mit Konfitüren aus eigener Produktion. 3-4 verschiedenen Broten und Zopf, sowie Käse, Fleisch, verschiedenen Müsli und Joghurts. Einfach fantastisch.
Wir kommen gerne wieder und haben das Hotel bereis weiter empfohlen.

Cons:

Da gibt es nichts auszusetzen, ausser vielleicht die Betten diese waren uns ein bisschen zu weich.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage.
Da wir erst nach 18 Uhr ankamen, wurden wir vorgängig sehr gut instruiert, wie wir ins Hotel und unsere Zimmer kommen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend.

Pros:

Ich fühle mich immer sehr wohl im Hotel Orchidee. Ueberaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, dass Essen sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist mit viel Liebe zubereitet.

Après 25 km de marche sur la Vía Jacobi, nous arrivons dans la soirée a boutique hotel Orchidée.
Chambre magnifique, accueil architectural, détail des finitions, beauté du lieu.
Nous sommes enchanté.

Le matin réveil et nous descendons dans le restaurant Orchidée. Le patron nous fait découvrir toutes les productions locales. C est génial.

Le patron nous a fait une forte impression et il maîtrise parfaitement les langues et l hospitalité.
