Pros:

Wow, was für ein fantastisches Erlebnis! Alles begann mit einem mega herzlichem Empfang und das, obwohl ich einen Late Check in hatte. Überall waren kleine Willkommensschildchen mit meinem Namen drauf. Alles hervorragend erklärt und leicht zu finden. Das Zimmer war Klasse, der Service, die Sauberkeit und vor allem das hervorragende Frühstücksbüffet muss unbedingt erwähnt werden. Reichlich Obst, super köstliche selbstgemachte Konfitüre, (sogar glutenfreie Brötchen Optionen sind möglich) und eine enorm freundliche Bedienung. Man spürt, dass die Menschen wahrhaftig mit Herz dabei sind. Das ist wundervoll und hat mich echt begeistert. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder in dieses süße Hotel! Love it!

Good price/performance - could be more if some details were improved.
Pros:

Staff very helpful. And very easy access. Checkin and Checkout totally unproblematic.
Parking & Lodging worked flawlessly. Experienced no issues whatsoever.
Clean and comfortable. Beds and Shower were good.

Cons:

The room had a little bit of bad lighting in the room, which made it quite dark.
The waterbottles were not refilled on the following days.
The building is quite old and you hear a lot, and you can hear the housekeeping running the vacuums in the morning.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Kostenloses Upgrade in ein Zimmer mit Balkon. Sehr schöne Einrichtung mit stilsicherer moderner Innenarchitektur. Ruhige Lage in einem historischen Haus im Herzen der Altstadt. Super Frühstück-Buffet mit professioneller Betreuung. Hätte eigentlich 4 Sterne verdient!
