Pros:

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Hotel ist so lieblich und herzlich eingerichtet. Man fühlte sich wie zu Hause. Das Frühstück war sehr fein mit vielen selber Gemachten und auch von der Region waren die Lebensmittel.. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Der Hintergrund von diesem Hotel ist sehr schön.

Man kann nicht genug loben, dass hier Integration und Inklusion auf top Level umgesetzt wird. Kompliment! Toller Service, tolles Frühstück, top Lage und liebe Menschen. Auch die Einführung durch den Chef persönlich war prima. Hat wirklich Spass gemacht, ein persönliches Hotel mit Herz!

Ein grossartiger Aufenthalt in einem schönen Hotel, dass mit Liebe und Hingabe geführt wird.
Pros:

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr willkommen gefühlt. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail wird auf die Gäste eingegangen. Die Zimmer sind wunderbar eingerichtet und auch dort spürt man die Liebe zum Detail. Tolles, reichhaltiges Frühstück und sehr emphatisches und liebes Personal. Als Sahnehäubchen obendrauf gibt es noch eine Dachterrasse mit wunderbaren Blick auf Schloss Burgdorf. Wir werden sicher nochmals in diesem tollen und einzigartigen Hotel übernachten.
