Amazing location, great value, super staff and well appointed hotel. Should be rated a 4 star!
Pros:

Beautiful property, close to the beach and in walking distance of restaurants and great accessibility to the town.
A special thanks to Sofia for treating us well with a bottle of wine. The staff are amazing. Parking is perfect. I would recommend this hotel as a perfect place for amazing value. Clean and well appointed rooms.

Magic stay in Nazare
Pros:

Good location, friendly staff, cleanliness, free garage (although a bit narrow), good breakfast, balcony with partial sea view. We liked the A Lanterna and Rosa dos ventos taverns. A funicular ride to the old town and a visit to the surfing museum The Fort of São Miguel Arcanjo are a must.

Cons:

Small room, we missed a towel hanger in the bathroom.

A perfect place to stay in central Nazare
Pros:

The location was perfect, the staff were brilliant with all their advice & tips. The off street parking was an added bonus.
The room & balcony were lovely and a great place to sit at the start & end of the day.

Cons:

The only small negative was the bathroom & shower was tight.

Pros:

todo correcto para un alojamiento de tres estrellas. Nos alojaron en un edificio anexo al hotel en un pequeño apartamento más nuevo que el propio hotel. Todo estaba limpio

Excellente étape pour visiter Nazaré
Pros:

Accueil professionnel et d’une extrême gentillesse. Chambre parfaite, spacieuse propre et très calme pour être en centre ville. Literie très confortable. Garage à proximité gratuit ! Petit déjeuner complet et varié.
