Zostałem oszukany , opłaciłem pobyt a później po przybyciu kazano mi zapłacić kartą kredytową za kaucję w wysokości 100 e ,poczułem Rozczarowanie , ponieważ pobyt opłaciłem od 2 do 6 Marca 2026 i musiałem zrezygnować z pobytu i zostałem oszukany przez personel hotelowy ,recepcję. Niestety nie posiadam karty kredytowej ,ponieważ nie musze ja mieć . W każdym innym hotelu akceptuja wszystko .

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Great location right by the lake, offering a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to Amsterdam. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and made the stay very pleasant.

Teleurstellend en zeker niet aan te bevelen, zoek verder!

De vriendelijke jongen achter de receptie.

Cons:

De kamer had geen raam. Tijdens mijn verblijf was er sprake van enorme sneeuwval, waardoor de prijs van de kamer ineens drie keer zoveel werd. De hoofdprijs vragen voor een soort kast zonder raam kan ik niet waarderen en ook zeker niet aanbevelen. Verder staat er vermeld dat er een vliegveldschuttle beschikbaar is maar dat is niet meer dan dat de receptionist een taxi belt die je vervolgens zelf moet betalen. Wat een misleidende tekst!

Fue una pésima experiencia... No pude llegar al hotel por problemas personales y un día antes me comunique y me dijeron que no podían hacer nada. Y no me volvieron a responder, realmente pésimo servicio

Very good price to quality balance. Fully recommend.
Pros:

Very nice breakfast. Very good bed, hard mattress, good for back. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking place behind the hotel.

Cons:

The room was cold in February but the staff provided a heater and it was ok.
