Die Zimmer waren wie immer super komfortabel und gemütlich. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und das Zimmer ist sehr sauber! Nur 13 Autominuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt und es gibt ein Partner-Parkhaus mit Rabatt im Zentrum.
Leider war das Aufladen der Fahrräder eingeschränkt, da es keine externen Lademöglichkeiten gab.

This was the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had.
Even though our 2-night stay was fully paid in advance, at check-in the receptionist was unable to process the deposit payment via debit card. We arrived at 1:00 a.m. with two very young children (a 4-year-old and a 1-year-old), exhausted after traveling.
From the start, it was clear something was wrong: the receptionist couldn’t process payments for other guests before us either. We tried multiple fully functioning debit cards and even offered to pay the deposit in cash, but he refused to provide any alternative solution. After several failed attempts, my husband noticed that the receptionist had entered the wrong expiry date on our card (02/82 instead of 02/28). At that point it was obvious the issue was not our cards but his inability to use the system. We strongly believe the system was crashed due to repeated incorrect attempts.
After more than two hours of waiting, we were told at 3:00 a.m. to “go somewhere else.” This was on January 3rd, in the middle of the night, with heavy snow and freezing temperatures. To make matters worse, booking an alternative hotel at that hour was nearly impossible, as most hotels would not allow check-in until later in the morning (around 12:00 p.m. at the earliest).
When we asked to speak with a manager, we were told that the manager was not available during the night and that no issues could be raised because it would “interrupt the manager’s sleep.” This response was shocking, especially given the seriousness of the situation and the presence of two small children.
Neither the hotel nor Booking.com provided meaningful assistance in finding alternative accommodation, despite the problem being entirely caused by the hotel’s staff and systems.
The complete lack of professionalism, accountability, basic empathy, and concern for guest safety — particularly families with children — is unacceptable.
