Let's start wity the negative:

When we first arrived the previous guest had taken the card with him, so they gave us a key to a room with no light (luckily the power sockets worked without the card). They told us it would be that way until 7, we assumed pm, but it was a.m.

At 7 a.m we went to ask but there was no one at the reception and at 9 am when we went to ask again they told us to wait an hour longer. Neither the day we checked in or the next one did the girl at the reception mention the free breakfast, we had to ask about it as well, and they said "in an hour maybe". So we left to carry on with our day, no electricity, no breakfast.

Other than that, the negative aspects were the small blanket (too small for a double bed), and a misunderstanding with the second girl at the reception regarding the breakfast time.

The good: on our second night, after all the trouble with the lights and breakfast with the first reception girl they apllogized and left us some chocolate and raspberry confectionery as a detail. They also agreed to give us breakfast earlier than the base hour the following day.

In hindsight, really polite people but not the greatest stay of all, and there were some misunderstandings.

굉장히 깨끗하고 성이삭성당이 가까워요..화장실에 작은빨래를 말릴수 있는 열파이프가 유용했어요.

The room is clean, staff are polite and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

ﾏﾘｲﾝｽｷｰ劇場から近いのでとりました。歩いて10分くらいでしょうか。サンクトペテルブルクは地下鉄駅が便利な所になく、ホテルから15分で駅まで1駅乗って行って駅からまた歩くという感じなのでここは少々不便。駅近のホテルの方がいいですね。ですが、部屋は広くてキッチンつき、内装も美しく、内側の通りのためホテル近辺も静か。1階部分だけのホテルなのでエレベーターの心配もなく、朝食つき。ただその朝食はレストランがないので、ルームサービスで届けられるのですが、指定した時間には来ませんでした。レセプションは若い方が毎日代わる代わるという感じで、親切でしたが、英語はそこそこ。でも初めてのロシアとしてはコスパともにかなり満足でした。入口付近の部屋はトイレが微妙に壊れてて、水が出ないことがあります。でもホテルの人に言えば、扱い方のコツがわかります。多分なおさないんだろーな。

체크아웃 할 때 거주지 등록 문제 때문에 1시간 지연된 것 빼고는 좋았다.

The service in the hotel was outstanding! They went far beyond what I expected. I had a doctors appointment and could not eat my free breakfast in the morning due to blood work being done. When I arrived back at the hotel at 3:00 after my doctor appointments, they brought my breakfast to me. WOW That was very kind of them! Did not expect it. They were very helpful in anything that I needed. You've got my recommendations!

En enkelt men trevligt ställe i mitten av St,Petersburg se värdigheter. Frukost i sängen är helt ok, det är tanke som räknades. Personalen är jätte trevlig och service mind. Vi fick till och med stanna längre sista dag utan att betala extra för det. Varmt rekommenderar.

Отличное сочетание цена-качество, если цены будут сохраняться на уровне 2018…начала 2019 года. Все новое, персонал отличный, в номере плиты конечно нет но есть микроволновка, раковина и холодильник....т.н.обеденная зона. Шкаф для одежды, стол и стул. Есть все необходимое, довольно светлое помещение за счёт большого окна. Высокие потолки. Кровать двуспальная очень удобная. Расположение идеальное, пять минут до Исаакиевской площади. До метро Адмиралтейская максимум минут 15 спокойной ходьбы. Столько же времени до метро Спасская (Садовая, Сенная площадь). Супермаркеты Дикси и Пятёрочка буквально за углом, Дикси круглосуточный. Ресторанов и кафе в принципе в этом районе более чем достаточно.

Loistava sijainti, pikkukatu noin 5-10Min kävelymatkan päässä Pietarin kirkosta. Hyvä palvelu, todella olivat kiinnostuneita asiakkaiden viihtyvyydestä. Turvallinen ja siisti myös. Aamiainen tuodaan suoraan huoneeseen ja se voisi olla vähän parempi. Esim croissant/toast linja parempi kuin kanan pala. Mutta ehdottomasti suosittelen!!

시내 중심가에 위치한 깨끗한 숙소이며 프론트 직원도 아주 친절하였습니다. 아침식사도 방으로 제공되며 메뉴도 좋았습니다. 적극 추천합니다.

Stayed there during world cup. Refurbished rooms are good, Breakfast is basic, but decent.

We stayed at this place barely a month after it opened and were very pleased with it. The location is great, on a quiet street but very close to the St. Isaac Theater and the Marinski Theater, and far from the craziness of Nevsky Project. It is very clean and comfortable, and the room was quite spacious and well-equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included, but very basic. I would definitely return here.

Выбрал отель из-за месторасположения, названия и рейтинга 5 из 5. Но сразу на стойке регистрации стало ясно что все будет не так хорошо, было душно так кондиционера нет как и в обычных номерах. Все номера на первом этаже, наш номер с окнами на улицу, без кондиционера, поэтому пришлось спать с открытыми окнами из-за чего в номере был весь шум и пыль с улицы. При этом в пяти метрах идёт ремонт соседнего здания из-за чего до номера долетает неприятный запах гнили и сырости

Would definitely stay here again when in town! The only bad thing was that the wifi was not very strong.
