Location, accommodation & room space was fantastic. Staff is lovely from house keeping, George from the front desk and even the lady’s in the buffet area. Amazing team you have.
The tv cable was static on both sides on different channels and that I wasn’t able to airplay my phone or even connect to my account with different networks.

Not Cleaning the room our second day
Breakfast was great. The pool was nice for the kids, a little cold though.
Everything was great. The only thing that we thought was a little off was the kitchen sink had a very strange smell coming from it.
Good location, close to Universal Studio.
It could be confusing to be getting to Hyatt House and Hyatt Place as they are just 2 mins away, just be aware of this.

Hotel and facilities were amazing. The room was large with a nice little kitchen and large seating area. The breakfast was good and the pool and bar area were great for relaxing after a day at the parks. I would highly recommend.

Hyatt House was such a perfect place to stay! Within our budget, great breakfast, clean and modern rooms, walking distance to Universal Studios and shuttle service when you are done trekking around the parks, plenty of options and amenities! Our family really enjoyed our stay and the service we received was top notch. Thanks again Hyatt House! We look forward to staying there again in the future, as this is going to be our choice hotel whenever we are in the Orlando Florida area
Great experience! The Hyatt House has a great looking lobby that looks new. They rooms are in great condition as well. The front desk staff could not have been nicer from check-in to check-out. George especially made checking in a breeze. Great Globalist perks! I was upgraded to a huge one bedroom suite. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re coming to Disney or Universal!
