WORST EXPERIENCE!

Requested for 2 adjacent speciality king suites with bunk beds and walk in shower. We were given one king bed with accessible washroom on 9th floor and other accessible king bed on 2nd floor. Parking lot id 80% empty and they said they were completely booked on a working day and didnt care to allocate proper rooms and no refund is given. Extremely worst experience and we never had this worst experience. Unless booking or hyatt refund our amount back this will be last time to use booking and hyatt. WORST EXPERIENCE! WORST CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND EXPERIENCE BY BOTH HYATT AND BOOKING. I TRIED TO CALL BOOKING AND THE WAIT TIME IS 30 MINS AND NO OPTION FOR A CALLBACK, HMM. IF NOT REFUNED. NO MORE CONSIDERING BOOKING AND HYATT.

Great location, great space in room for a family 5!

Cons:

The room could have been cleaner, I had to give the kitchen a counter a good wipe down at it had clearly been used before we checked in.

Excellent stay in US
Pros:

Great room with kitchenware in great location to universal with a great location, quiet but very close to universal with a couple of restaurants within walking distance

Cons:

It just needs a spruce up in reception and bar area but this is planned other than that all good ! A few more vegetarian options on menu and Nutella at breakfast with English tea
