Le petit déjeuner n’offre pas beaucoup de choix
Our room was very spacious with 2 beds and space for our baby’s crib, we had a living room with a huge sofa bed and enough space for a little cot bed for our toddler, nice little kitchen to cook quick meals and a nice full size fridge. Since we were prepared for the baby and toddler sleeping situation we ended up having an extra bed because the other kids decided to sleep in the living room. (Family of 6)
The parking is not included, so, you end up paying parking at the hotel and parking at the parks you decide to go every day.
The staff were nice, they ensured i had a room that met my requests. The view was great and the room was spacious and had an accessible shower and a kitchen.
There was a maintenance issue at the check in. the toilet and the sink were clogged and it was actually disgusting. It ruined my first night cuz i had to wait for it be fixed and i was very tired. The staff were great they fixed it as soon as possible and the maintenance guy changed the toilet bump. So im really thankful, but since it was my first night and i was very tired since i came all the way from nyc, i didnt enjoy the first night much, it was a was a tiring experience. The remaining nights, i settled and it was all good.
The refund still hasnt been returned unfortunately although my bank card is working fine. i used the same card in washington and nyc hotels and i received the refund right after check out. I hope this issue can be settled.

Hele goede ligging t.o.v. twee van de Universal parken. En ook de shuttlebus is ideaal. Prima ontbijt en fijne ruime kamers.
El hotel es lindo y la cercanía con Universal y el outlet es excepcional.
La regadera de la ducha no tiene presión y tarda en calentar.
