We were very disappointed.
Pros:

Location- across the street universal studios.

Cons:

There was mold in the room. Very cheap for the prices. Bed was not comfortable and the pillows were flat. Blankets were very thin.
That we had to pay to park at the hotel even though we were guest at the hotel. The breakfast was cheap.

Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable and the shower was great. Rate was really reasonable compared to other hotels near Universal. Breakfast was great, too, lots of options and included in the price.

Cons:

Llegamos al hotel después de aproximadamente 4 horas de viaje. El check-in estaba establecido para las 3:00 p. m., pero llegamos poco después de las 5:00 p. m. y nos informaron en recepción que nuestra habitación todavía no estaba lista. El empleado nos pidió nuestro número de teléfono y nos dijo que nos llamarían cuando estuviera disponible. Sin embargo, nunca recibimos ninguna llamada para avisarnos que la habitación ya estaba lista. Esa fue la única situación negativa que tuvimos durante nuestra estancia, pero después de un viaje tan largo y llegando más de dos horas después de la hora oficial de check-in, esperábamos que la habitación estuviera preparada o, al menos, que cumplieran con avisarnos como nos habían indicado.
