déçu sur l'ensemble du séjour, j'espèrer plus de standing sur un Hyatt.
Pros:

- L'hôtel est proche du Parc Universal.
- Les Chambres sont spacieuses et confortables.

Cons:

- Le petit déjeuner est très peu varié (pas de bacon ce qui est assez dommage), peut de variété salée, pas de viennoiserie, le café n'est pas bon.
- Le parking est payant 25$/nuit, je trouve ça assez limite pour un hôtel de ce standing.
- Le personnel de ménage ne passe pas dans les chambres chaque jours.

Buen hotel
Pros:

La habitación es amplia y cómoda con buen equipamiento. El desayuno buffet tiene varias opciones y el personal que atiende es muy amable.

Cons:

Ubicación esta cerca de Universal, se indica al frente pero hay que cruzar una autopista para llegar por lo que si no se utiliza el transporte gratis del hotel hay que pagar un taxi o uber. No hay cerca supermercado o tiendas de comida. El restaurant del hotel no tiene opciones de comida sólo snack.

Excelente ubicación, buena relación precio calidad
Pros:

Excelente ubicación para las persona que deseen ir a los parques de UNIVERSAL, hay trasporte incluido para ir y regresar de los parques

Cons:

Sería bueno que hubiese más variedad de alimentos en los desayunos buffet.
