Hyatt at Universal
Pros:

The space, the cleanliness, the pool area. This was our first stay at this Hyatt, VERY pleased.

Cons:

The ONLY negative we experienced was having to track down the pool bartender but we assumed he had other responsibilities.

Localização e café da manhã.

Cons:

Estacionamento absurdo de caro, $25,00 dólares dia, não é garagem coberta! limpeza 48hs depois, móveis em péssimo estado de conservação conforme fotos anexas. Mau cheiro no sofá da sala e carpete, tive que comprar água sanitária, aromatizador e desinfetante em spray, também não foi feito reposição de produtos de higiene.
