In the ATP Sport Arena Stella Maris from 29th to 31st May, a big event is going on, the Sea Star Festival powered by Exit. During those periods, we expect more ongoing activities and visitors, movements inside and outside of the Stella Maris resort, and consequently less peace and harmony than usual.

The 36th edition of the ATP tournament Plava Laguna Croatia Open Umag will be held from July 10 to 19, 2026, in the ATP stadium Goran Ivanišević in Stella Maris. During this period, we expect more ongoing activities and visitors, movements inside and outside of the Stella Maris resort, and consequently less peace and harmony than usual.

Please note that the pool is open from May 17, 2026, until mid-September 2026.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 18 per pet per day applies.

Pets are not allowed in the restaurant, at the reception, or in the pool area.

Entertainment available from May 17, 2026, until September 9, 2026.

Entry to the fitness center, spa zone, saunas, and whirlpool is permitted for persons over 16 years of age.

Wir waren im großen und ganzen sehr zufrieden.

Lage der Garten Suite, Lage im Allgemeinen, die Gartenlandschaft, E-Ladestation, Außenbereich vom Speisesaal, die angebotenen Aktivitäten vor Ort

Tolle Lage - auch die Zimmer ohne Meerblick völlig ok - Richtung Park o. Parkplatz. Viele Schirme u. Liegen am Strand. Handtuchservice TOP!! Essen auf der Terasse herrlich! Toller Blick aufs Meer! Miniclub und Minidisco sehr sehr nett für die Kinder - vielen Dank ans Animationsteam! Glutenfreie Kost für unsere Tochter hat gut geklappt - danke an den Restaurantleiter, der sehr engagiert und hilfsbereit alles in die Wege leitet.

Etwas verplant an der Rezeption; etwas mehr Auswahl beim Essen/Nachtisch in glutenfrei wäre schön gewesen - es gab als Alternative nur glutenfreies Eis....

La ristorazione a mio avviso è leggermente inferiore alla qualità della struttura, assolutamente negativo ma non centra la struttura che la musica che arrivava dal sito del Croazia Open sia durata fino alle 5 del mattino, forse basterebbe un volume inferiore per accontentare tutti.

Das Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr vielfältig und lecker. Das Zimmer mit Terasse und Liegewiese war toll. Ausblick zum Meer, und ein paar Schritte zum Strand, war voll super. Ich hab mich mega wohl gefühlt.

Schönes Hotel in toller Lage mit deutlichem Schwachpunkt beim Service.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Meer ist wirklich toll. Wir haben eine Garden Suite mit Meerblick gebucht und hatten wirklich ein sehr schönes, großes Zimmer mit Balkon.
Es war alles sauber und die Ausstattung war sehr gut.
Zudem empfanden wir die gesamte Gartenanlage als sehr ruhig. Den Trubel am Strand hat man hier kaum mitbekommen.
Der Strand hat gute Zugänge zum Meer. Es gibt einige Abschnitte mit Sandstrand, aber meist mit Stein. Wir haben immer Liegen und Schirme bekommen - egal zu welcher Uhrzeit.
Essen gibt es in Buffetform. Wir haben es geliebt, draußen zu sitzen. Das Essen war sowohl morgens als auch abends sehr vielfältig.

Cons:

Das Personal am Empfang und auch im Restaurant ist leider nicht so freundlich. Einzig die Dame am Restaurant-Eingang hat uns immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt und nett verabschiedet.
Das Personal im Restaurant wirkte regelrecht lustlos. Wenn die begehrten Tische im Außenbereich frei wurden, wurden diese zwar abgeräumt, aber nicht gereinigt und neu eingedeckt. Man musste das Personal, das wirklich nicht viel zu tun hatte und auch viel herumstand, erst darum bitten. Das geht gar nicht.
Im Restaurant selbst war es super laut und erinnerte eher an eine Kantine.
Dadurch hat es sich für uns nach Massenabfertigung angefühlt.
