Cons:

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and overall the room was pleasant. The location was also convenient.

However, we had a very unpleasant experience regarding the coffee. During the previous days, we used the open kitchen area and no staff member asked us to pay for coffee. In fact, when we asked, we were told that we could use the kitchen. Based on this, we used the coffee machine.

On our last night, a staff member approached us and asked for payment for the coffee. We explained that we were not aware and agreed to pay.

However, the staff member’s attitude was very uncomfortable. She questioned which buttons we pressed on the machine and how many times. Even though we only had one cup, she implied that there could be multiple coffees in it and did not trust us. She checked our cups and inspected the coffee machine to verify how many coffees we had taken.

This behavior made us feel as if we were being accused of lying and made us very uncomfortable. We believe this situation could have been handled in a much more polite and professional manner.

Because of this experience, we would not consider staying here again and would hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.

Perfecto para lo que buscábamos
Pros:

La localización, estaba muy bien conectado y la habitación que nos tocó estaba muy bien, era amplia y cómoda.

Cons:

Que la habitación estaba como en el sótano (planta inferior a la planta de la calle) y tenía unos ventanales que daba a un patio interior que a su vez daba a un pasillo, con lo cual te podía ver cualquiera. También es cierto lo que dicen en los comentarios que la habitación es bastante oscura, hay luces muy tenues.

Nice choice for an art and design lover!
Pros:

The place has a nice atmosphere and there are some nice design details, the bed is the most cozy one I had in the trip this time, located close to the museums, I enjoyed a lot!

Cons:

The coffee table and clothes hangers area is a bit too dark inside the room

Heerlijk!
Pros:

De locatie , de inrichting en het bed waren super! Dit was de 2e keer dat ik hier verbleef.

Cons:

De wifi viel vaak uit! En het "halletje" was te donker, vooral lastig omdat het koffieapparaat hier ook stond, een lamp hier is geen overbodige luxe

Pros:

Liegt sehr zentral, nur wenige Minuten vom Rijcksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum und Vodlepark.
Die Architektur der in den Hinterhof gebauten Neubauten ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Die Zimmergröße ist grenzwertig,.es gibt kaum Möglichkeiten einen Koffer abzustellen und auch keinen Kleiderschrank.
Das Frühstück war gut, hätte aber etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können.

Tolles Hotel in super Lage
Pros:

Das Zimmer (Comfort Room mit Treppe) war sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist super, gute Anbindung entweder mit der Straßenbahn oder zu Fuß in die Stadt.

Cons:

Obwohl das Frühstück sehr lecker war, gab es nicht so viele Alternativen für Vegetarier/Veganer(z.B Aufstrich, Frischkäse etc.)
