Pros:

Location close to Airport bus

Cons:

İt is Kind of scam, They overcharge 15-20 € the room vs.small double room as comfort double room but still They give a small room which does not correspond to the room size and advertised pictures. İt is advertised as 19 M2 but it is max. a 2,5x6=15 M2 room. Since the day before i stayed in a hotel with Real 21 M2 size, i am sure the size was not 19 M2 which is misleading people with dishonest overcharge.
İ advised the case to the receptionists during the check-in and check-out time, They tried to be nice to me but were not able to be give a concrete answer.
İn the morning i have heard some Brits' chat complaining same like me about it is actually small and not a Real comfort room. You can read other comments here that "comfort room" is in reality small.

İn addition to this, room carpet is so dirty as could be seen from my photos taken, the room had poor lighting and Air conditioner was not able to heat the room despite i switched it to 27 degrees and the room was cold; the Water/soap hasn't been sunk after washing my hands.
Being next to the main street, it was a bit noisy (so poor sound proof too) while transport like Tram was active and the neighbouring rooms' conversation were easily heard however after late it was fine.

They were selling mediocre breakfast for 20,95 €

Overall it was not an experience expected from a 4 stars hotel with a price tag of 90-100 €/Night without breakfast for so called "comfort double room".

A very nice hotel with great staff
Pros:

The Hotel is very well located, very close to the center but not in the super crowded and busy area. The breakfast was really good: scrambled eggs, homemade bread and the gouda cheese was the best. The Hotel Hall was also really nice and the rooms from the basement (where we stayed) had a lot of natural light. The room was super spacious and the bathroom was really nice. We had a tea kettle and a coffee machine. The staff was also really kind and polite, I recommend this hotel!

Cons:

There are only a few things that could be improved: smart TVs in the rooms (or a device to make it smart), maybe a toaster for breakfast, but that’s not important.

Pros:

The hotel is very nice, all staffs were so nice, the interior is unique, the room size was okay for me travelling solo and the bed was soooo comfortable. And there’s coffee machine in the room! Hotel’s location is very close to everything, 30mins from airport by bus, trams and bus stop can be reach just by walking approx. 5 mins. There’s AH near the hotel so I enjoyed staying at Hotel Van De Vijsel.
