Séjour agréable mais de nombreux points à revoir pour justifier le prix
Pros:

Les points positifs :
- Les vélos mis à disposition
- La piscine
- Le dîner servi était diversifié et très bon

Cons:

- Mettre des parasols, des coussins et des essuies pour la piscine
- Proposer des motos à louer à un prix raisonnable
- Avoir un petit déjeuner plus diversifié ; la baguette et la confiture c’est trop sucré (œufs, crudités, nouilles, riz, ou rouleaux de printemps frais). Pas très généreux de nous donner que des œufs et de ne plus donner de crêpes.
- Avoir une literie de meilleure qualité
- Rénover les chambres qui sont vétustes
- Mettre plus de rangements pour les sacs dans la chambre. Les sacs sont au sol et il n’y a pas grand chose pour les ranger.
- Mettre une bouilloire et du thé à disposition dans la chambre ou à la réception
- Un air conditionné sur lequel on peut régler la température
- Inclure les boissons dans le dîner (et ne pas demander 3x le prix habituel pour une petite bouteille d’eau) ou annoncer que c’est en supplément. Le prix du dîner était déjà bien plus cher que dans les restaurants de la ville.

Very good
Pros:

Beautiful garden and great pool, confortable enough room. You can easily get there by bus, and move around the homestay and to town with bycicle, beautiful surroundings. Dinner at the homestay was good!

Cons:

No english speaking in the homestay, although you can communicate with the nice owner through traslate Apps. I did not enjoy so much the big groups (tours) of tourists "invading" the homestay/guesthouse, otherwise it's a beautiful quiet place to stay

We were disappointed by the excursion but we slept very well, the village is very nice to see and the host was friendly.
Pros:

Bed was very comfortable and the garden was quiet. It was relaxing. Host was friendly.

Cons:

It was difficult to communicate with our host, we could only use Google translate. We had booked the dinner by email and it seems like it was an option to have more food than booking it once at the homestay. (We had to pay additional food and the dinner). We don’t recommend the excursion, because there isn’t floating market in Cai Be anymore, the traditional boat lasts only few minutes and it was very expensive (moreover we had to give tips everywhere).
