服務一般，與週圍其他旅館比，無專屬接駁車，旅客如棄嬰，不一定能得到接送服務。

Pros:

這次住宿的房間我個人覺得蠻棒的 房間雖小 可是該有的都有。

可是蓮蓬頭不能拿下來，一拿下來就沒熱水、水力不夠等等，所以只能一直掛在墻上，我是覺得這還好。

暖氣的部分太慢暖了，洗完澡之後暖氣都還沒暖，對於我這個怕冷的人開始真的不行。

但綜合來說，無論是住宿地點或是住宿氛圍以及房間，我都蠻喜歡的~

Pros:

房間跟浴室算乾淨，但是設備真的有點舊，蓮蓬頭的線已經出現裂痕，洗澡的時候還要避免水亂噴，另外浴室牆壁裂痕嚴重，看了有點怵目驚心，隔音也不太好。雖然是老房子，建議還是進行整體基本整修，這樣長遠的投資才能吸引客戶願意不斷選擇入住，阿里山是國際景點，增強飯店設施也利於吸引國際遊客不斷來訪。

再也不來住 大不推薦！
Pros:

房間位道很噁心 隔音超級差 有別房客人從晚上9點大聲宣華吵到凌晨2點才睡覺 連櫃臺人員都不去阻止

Pros:

Too small a room for four people. Checked out minutes after 11:00am and was told to be charged TWD 200 for lateness by 30 minutes.

Pros:

櫃檯人員客氣，細心。房間也具備此價格應有水準。

離開時忘了將床頭插座上的充電器拔起，雖然一個多小時就想到，但回去詢問時，櫃檯表示房間已清理，沒有撿到。當天多次確認自己所有行李中都沒有，也多次打電話或再回櫃檯詢問，可惜還是沒有拿回來。雖然忘記收起來是自己的問題，但還是蠻可惜的。

Katastrophen Frühstück.
Keinerlei Schalldämmung! (Man kann der Rezeption im Bett beim telefonieren zuhören)
Wegen der super Lage würde ich allerdings wieder buchen...

Pros:

Good convenient location, very close to Alishan scenic train station to catch the sunrise train. Very close to local shops and restos. Decent breakfast (coupon for local resto).

Cons: old, bathroom rusty ceiling, poor noise isolation (can hear noisy guests, however hotel staff firm enough to discipline disruptive behavior). Inadequate room heating in winter. No bar soap.

Overall, adequate for one night stay to get you ready to catch sunrise train.

Good basic place to stay
Pros:

Like others have said, it is quite basic, but after reading the reviews here I was prepared for much worse. It really wasn't bad at all! The bed was comfy, the room was small but who cares? You're in Alishan to be outside! Sound did travel a lot in the hotel so its easy to hear others...but it wasn't too bad and most people go to bed early anyways...
