Location, room and spa area was very good.
Lots of opportunities in the mountains like hiking, running or biking.
Breakfast buffet was great with a variety of food.
Water temperature of outdoor pool was okay as well, however in winter it could be a bit too cold.

Cons:

Information provided during the check-in was insufficient, since it turned out that there is no brochure with general information at all in the room. Some of the received information was incorrect as well and signage within the hotel did not always help because they were contradictory. At a later time I even asked for some basic information about the spa, like opening hours, where to find what etc. but I was sent from the hotel reception to the spa reception where I only found a sign to go back to the hotel reception..
Juice and pastry bar from 2 to 4 pm means basically just that you can buy some juice and pastry at the main restaurant.
Pool table and digital game board in the gaming room costs extra (1 EUR/game) which is a bit weird in a 5* hotel.
Dinner buffet was good with a decent selection of warm and cold starters, soup and cheese. The bread was hard as a rock though and the main course was quite small.
Offering of the mini bar is really poor. 1 water, 1 soft drink, 1 beer, some Toblerone and a bag of nuts. That’s about it.
Shower within the room has no door so prepare for a puddle after every shower.

Grandioser Ausblick. Sehr beeindruckender Wellness-Bereich. Viele tolle Freizeitangebote innerhalb der Kufsteinerland-Karte (teilweise sogar inkludiert). Sportkurse im Panoramaraum. Kissen-Auswahl auf Wunsch.

Cons:

Es sind nur 4 Gänge + Salatbuffet + Käseplatte. Zwei von den Gängen muss man sich selbst holen und teilweise dafür anstehen (gutgemeinter Tipp: Handschuhe bei der Zubereitung der Speisen am Essensstand wären appetitlicher). Nur zwei Gänge werden zum Tisch gebracht. Grillabend komplett in Buffet-Form. Das ist schade, da wir uns bewusst für eine Halbpension in Menüform entschieden hatten. Somit kam beim Essen keine schöne Atmosphäre auf, viel zu viele Menschen liefen permanent umher.

Leider wirkt das Personal gestresst und bestenfalls aufgesetzt höflich. Das Essen war gut, aber nicht herausragend. Das Frühstück war immer gleich, die Backwaren nicht wirklich frisch, Kaffee-Selbstbedienung aus dem Vollautomaten, die Suppen schmeckten immer gleich, hatten nur unterschiedliche Farben.

Unsere Zimmer lagen im Altbau, der 2000er-Charme kommt trotz Renovierung an vielen Stellen noch durch (wo gibt es heutzutage noch einen angebunden Föhn?). Leider erlebten wir viele kleine Pannen (versehentlich durch das Putzteam entwendete Badehose, Orientierungslosigkeit des Personals bei unserer Anreise, Silberfische im Bad, herabhängender Vorhang, Duschkopf, der sich immer verdreht, "prickeliger" Obstsalat beim Frühstück...).

Insgesamt fehlt das gewisse Etwas, das den Aufenthalt in einem 5-Sterne-Hotel zu etwas Besonderem werden lassen könnte.

Daher gutgemeinte 8 von 10 Punkten.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und rundum perfekten Aufenthalt im Panorama Royal! Von der ersten Minute an haben wir uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Das Hotel ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und bietet eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre. Der SPA- und Wellnessbereich sowie die Pools sind einfach traumhaft und perfekt zum Entspannen.

Auch das Essen war hervorragend – abwechslungsreich, hochwertig und jeden Tag ein Genuss. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich.

Für uns hat einfach alles gestimmt. Wir konnten wunderbar abschalten, genießen und neue Energie tanken. Ein Hotel, das wir von Herzen weiterempfehlen können. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder! ❤️

Abendessen und Frühstück waren hervorragend. Kaffe und Kuchen am Mittag fielen dagegen im Vergleich zu anderen Häusern in Aufmachung und Qualität etwas ab.

Cons:

Beim Grillabend gab es nur lange Tafeln, sodass man kaum die Möglichkeit hatte, etwas für sich zu sitzen – außer man ging nach drinnen. Dadurch entstand teilweise ein etwas erzwungener Kontakt zu anderen Gästen.

Mi a placut foarte mult locul unde este situat, linistea de acolo, o priveliste minunata si un vibe excelent.SPA ul este senzational. Mancarea excelenta, bucatarul roman si ospatarita Corina sunt de nota 10. O sa revenim in acest hotel . Este minunat!

Mobilierul din camera era cam invechit iar draperiile nu erau black out, soarele era foarte puternic, e nevoie de alte draperii.
