Pros:

Beautiful

Cons:

The custodians tried to come in my room at 9 in the morning stating I checked out and I didn't. Check out time is NOT until 11am. Thankfully I had the latch on the door. My kids were sleeping and woke up to pure terror!

Unable to stay
Pros:

Unable to stay due to strong animal odors in each room attempted. Daughter’s allergies immediately flared up.

Cons:

Animal odors. Does not appear to be thoroughly cleaned between guests.

We would stay again.
Pros:

We stayed 3 nights and each morning breakfast had some new choices, which was nice. The breakfast area is spacious and well maintained. The parking lot was ample and easy to get in and out of. The bed was comfortable. The shower was hot and had great water pressure.

Cons:

The holder for the toilet paper was loose and far away from the toilet. The TP would fall off and roll away. The TV was a huge frustration! I never could figure out if it was an internet problem or a remote control problem but it was slow and cumbersome to use. Also, the choices were limited. There was an event I wanted to watch on Peacock and that service was not even a choice.

Overall a great place to stay and I will be staying here again if/when I come back.
Pros:

The breakfast bar was great. Great choices. The ham, egg, and cheese croissant was good. Coffee was great. My family had different items each day, and all choices were good. Great variety. The room is a good size. Staff was friendly and greeted us with a smile. They even did a little extra for my brother who was celebrating his birthday. That was above and beyond and greatly appreciated. It truly meant a lot.

Cons:

A couple of things could be improved on the chair that sits at the desk. The one I had wobbled a little and after sitting in it for a few minutes it sank back down to the ground. It could be a safety issue for some, but I could deal with it this time with caution. The remote for the TV was not in the room. I am not sure how the TV was turned on, but it was when I came back in. It may have been misplaced. When I went to call the front desk, I pushed the button that has "front desk" on it. The recording came on and said. "room status" and repeated that until I hung up. I ended up walking down to the front desk, and a gentleman staff member helped me by finding another remote for the TV. I came back downstairs to let him know that it was working. Very friendly and helpful. And I appreciate that.

Overall a great place to stay! Very clean which is at the top of my list of wants but a little bummed that the pool wasn

Cons:

We were bummed that the pool wasn’t heated during our stay. The pool room and water were SO cold!!

En general bien para mí es un hotel 7,5 un poquito elvado el precio para lo que tiene

Es cómodo, tiene variedad en el desayuno incluido

Cons:

La habitación tenía detalles en los que se notaba que el aseo lo hacen muy rápido y me hace pensar si estaba o no bien desinfectado y limpio. Ejemplo, no había jabón, habían pelos en la tina. Pero en general estaba ordenado todo, pero no se si siempre cambian sábanas o si hacen bien el aseo de lo que no se ve.
