Pros:

La calidad de servicio del staff del hotel es excepcional, la comida estuvo muy rica, los hambientes y zonas humedas son agradables y la limpieza es bastante buena.

Cons:

La llave de agua del lava manos fallaba un poco y a veces dejaba fugas de agua, deberían corregirlo ya que el hotel brinda un mensaje de conservación del medio ambiente

El trato del personal.

Cons:

Se explotó una llave de agua caliente del baño que causó una inundación masiva en todo el piso. El susto fue fuerte. El personal amablemente nos movió a una habitación más confortable, fueron muy atentos en resolver la situación y en acomodarnos.

Solo hay 2 ascensores y se queda corto.
