La comodidad del lugar, la vista muy bonita de Ibague, un personal muy educado y servicial
Me gustó la limpieza de las habitaciones y la amabilidad de los empleados, fueron muy atentos. También las habitaciones son cómodas y elegantes.
No me gustó del todo la experiencia porque no pudimos disfrutar la piscina ya que no tienen acceso a personas con discapacidad o movilidad reducida. Esto es un error grave ya que se supone que la piscina es uno de los fuertes del hotel, por esa razón uno opta por otras opciones de estadía que si cuentan con acceso a personas discapacitadas.
Instalaciones
Atención de algunas personas. Falta organización alojaron un equipo de fútbol y perdí tiempo de mi estancia porque las calles estaban cerradas y no podia entrar a parquear.
Esperaba que me dieran alguna atención por los inconvenientes y no pasó.
La comodidad
La atención del personal es excepcional, muy atentos y serviciales. Hacen de la estadía un ambiente familiar y cómodo.
Tuve una mala experiencia que está fuera de control del hotel, unos contratistas que trabajan con el hotel rayaron mi carro con el de ellos. Pero hasta el momento están respondiendo.
El hotel me ayudó a ubicar el carro y el jefe de seguridad fue muy proactivo y amable.

Breakfast was ok... lots of options but sometimes we will arrive at peak time 9:00am and all the food was gone... staff didn't keep up with the demands...the beds were confortable!
The AC never really worked... the room stayed at 24celsius the entire time... I asked the staff to help... they said it was fixed but it really wasn't (they never offered to change us to another room or anything!)... the rooms are very dated and they don't look like the pictures any more. Take my advice and don't stay here! also I got a package delivered and I called to ask for it and they confirmed nothing was there for me... after going down 2 times and let them know time and who drop it off they 'finally found it?'.... really? communications between staff is terrible it seems... Oh before I forget the door in our room was not working the first day we arrived...They didn't change the batteries until the next day when I complained?! because we were not able to enter our room late at night! why didn't they changed it when it was faltering the first day? terrible service. Overall not a great hotel to stay for the price!
