Tres bien, petit dejeuner compris et delicieux !

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Dirty, old, and not safe. I cannot believe Expedia has it on their site. The only good thing about it is the location.

1st lets start with the entry. Arrive at the door and is a telecom, like the apartment buildings where you have to be buzzed in. Problem is this requires someone at the front desk. Otherwise you stay at the door pressimg 1 over and over.

My room was on 1st floor, perhaps other floors are better. Carpet is old and dirty and torn. What an arrival. And their carts are left all over. This is at night, not while they are working.

Room entry the lock is bent. Clearly someone has tried to stick a screwdriver or something in it. To lock from inside I had to lean on fire and press. Not safe!!

Bathroom shower sprays everywhere. So much so there fort needs to be replaced. To top it off the door stop is a pin just outside the entry, easily a place someone can step on and hurt or puncture food. Insane!!

Lights in room, on ceiling the fixture has 3 bulbs, 2 are out. Next to bed a lamp, also does not work, so one light works in room.

Noise, can hear people in room above walking around, people in room next toe talking, bathroom on the otherside. Then, on the street can hear trams and trucks.

Again, this place is terrible. Had I paid 40 euro I would say I got what I paid for. I paid at least 3 times more than I should have for this lodging.

Big big Continental breakfast. Standard room but soo clean and soo good beds! Safe hotel and neighbourhood. I travelled alone. The hotel is near the square just 4 minutes. The personal so helpful and kind. Very very good hotel choose it!

Convenient location and walkable from main station, old town and town center. Complementary breakfast was very good.

Fine location, with possibility for parking right outside for half the price of the garage offered at Marriott's. Kind lady at the reception. Main attractions at short walking distance, as well as pubs and restaurants. The old creaky floors would need an upgrade so that one doesn't have the impression that somebody else is walking around in the room. If you have time to stroll around in the old town, i wouldn't care much for taking the breakfast here in the small, already crowded room.

Cependant, il faisait une chaleur insupportable dans notre chambre malgré le ventilateur. Nous ne pouvions pas ouvrir la fenêtre car cela donnait sur un conduit qui dégageait lui-même de la chaleur !!!!

Old but nice hotel near the train station, and a five minute walk from the old town and Charles Bridge. Breakfast was standard stuff but ok, and the check in was straight forward enough.

This place was a bit of a surprise. When I arrived it looked a bit run down once you enter the stairs area. Even in the reception area, i was still thinking “ok you’re getting what you paid for”. But once in the room, i was pleasantly surprised with the size of the room and cleanliness. The hotel overall is dated and could use some renovating, but for the price, you can’t beat it. Plus you get breakfast. Can’t go wrong with this place. Close to all the attractions, restaurants and train station. I’d definitely stay here again.

Kurzfassung: Billige Absteige in sehr guter Lage.

Positiv: Die Lage ist top, besonders auch für Bahnreisende. Zu Fuß 5 Min. zum Hauptbahnhof, 10 Min. in die Altstadt. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erkundbar, zahlreiche Straßenbahnlinien, Metro und Regionalbahn direkt vor dem Hotel, auch die Sightseeing-Straßenbahn 42 hält dort.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut und reichhaltig – für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Allerdings ist der Frühstücksraum zu klein, man muss oft auf einen freien Platz warten.

Negativ: Das größte Manko war die Temperatur. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, im Zimmer war es trotz sehr humanen Außentemperaturen von rund 25°C extrem heiß, ich möchte mir nicht ausmalen wie es da im Hochsommer ist. Lüften ging auch nicht, da das Fenster nicht ins Freie sondern nur in einen verdreckten, geschlossenen, überdachten Innenhof führte, wo ständig laute Maschinen liefen und die Luft noch heißer und stickiger war als im Zimmer. Schlafen ging nur nackt und ohne Decke.
Im Sommer kann ich von dem Hotel daher nur abraten.

Der Gesamteindruck ist schlecht: Das Hotel wirkt innen wie außen alt, schäbig und abgenutzt. Aber: „You get what you pay for.“ Wer nur eine günstige Übernachtung sucht, kann damit leben, mit dem Raumklima hingegen weniger.

Im Zimmer war ein Fernseher – für ausländische Gäste aber relativ nutzlos, da nur tschechische Sender empfangbar sind. War auch kein Smart-TV, also auch kein YouTube oder Netflix. WLAN im Zimmer war dafür sehr gut und schnell (~100Mbps).

立地がとても良い。旧市街へもプラハ中央駅へも徒歩10分程度でアクセスできる。近くにスーパーや飲食店もたくさんあり観光の拠点にはとても良かった。値段も同じエリアの周辺ホテルと比べると安価だった。ホテル自体は結構古く歩くたびに床が軋む。隣の部屋の音も筒抜けであまりリラックスはできなかった。スタッフはあまり良い印象は受けなかったが普通だった。
