Pros:

Отличный комфортный отель, достойный завтрак, вежливый персонал. Владельцам отеля порекомендовал бы решить вопрос с вентиляцией, тогда будет оценка отлично.

Могло бы быть хорошо, но
Pros:

Состояние отеля, номеров, чистота - отлично.
Но есть несколько НО:
1. Нам необходим был ранний заезд, до совершения бронирования я звонил в отель, чтобы узнать стоимость этой услуги. Я очень долго пытался убедить оператора Светлану, что хочу оплатить картой сразу, и мне необходимо знать сумму, которую необходимо будет доплатить при заезде. Звучали странные для меня замечания из разряда: "Вам это принципиально? Приезжайте и на месте оплатите сумму N в которую будет включён ранний заезд". После очень продолжительного разговора мне удалось узнать, что услуга будет стоить 750₽. Когда мы приехали, нам было озвучена сумма 1000₽, что для меня было крайне неприятно. Аргументированно это было тем, что я заплатил другую (!) сумму через агрегатор, меньшую, чем они ожидали. Эта сумма была озвучена (и, как я понял, за вычетом комиссии Hotels.com, т.к. названная сумма была меньше той, что я оплатил). Естественно, никаких предупреждений я заранее не получал. За ситуацию никто не извинился.
2. При отеле есть банкетный зал. Если в день вашего пребывания там будут проходить свадьбы или прочие мероприятия с обильный количеством алкоголя, то для вашего здоровья это может быть серьёзной опасностью. Т.к. возвращаясь ночью в отель нас "встречали" у входа люди в совершенно неадекватном состоянии, позволявшие себе нам вслед бросать оскорбления, отвечать на которые было чревато проблемами со здоровьем.
