Всё понравилось. Очень чистый номер, дружелюбный персонал. Буфет открыт круглосуточно, всегда можно выпить кофе с выпечкой. Рекомендую

It was very good hotel with friendly stuff.

It's my second stay at Galunov Hotel. I love it's sentral location, cozy & classic interior, helpful stuff and peaceful environment. Very convenient with the small cafe with tea, coffee & some cakes available the whole day. Highly recommended for business travellers & couples.

Номер был тихий, просторный, чистое белье, удобная кровать, достаточное количество полотенец в туалетной комнате. Очень приветливый персонал. Девочки на ресепшне - умнички. Особую благодарность хотелось бы выразить дизайнеру, очень уютно! Расположение гостиницы очень удобное - центральная часть города. Впечатления остались позитивные, номером остались довольны! Спасибо!

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, smakelijk ontbijt, ideaal dat er een een lounge is waar gasten 24u per dag een drankje en snack kunnen pakken zonder extra kosten. Locatie is prima, direct om de hoek van Nevsky Prospekt.

Old house being currently renovated. Some distance from the main attractions. Limited amenities.
In one word - GREAT ! We loved the place. From caring and attentive staff, to many small details that were put there to make the guest's stay more pleasant, this was our home away from home. The hotel has that 'x' factor that is difficult to define. Also, well appointed and very clean. There is no doubt in our minds that we will return to Galunov when we visit again.

Viihtyisä pieni hotelli Nevskin poikkikadulla. Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja hyvä aamupala. Huone oli tilava (perhehuone) ja sänky hyvä. Plussana oli jääkaapiksi muutettu minibaari ja hyvä lämmitys.

Отлично - расположение, номера, ресепшен.
Хорошо - завтрак.
Лично мой минус - на сайте указано, что есть место для курения (балкон, но и это здорово), по факту он закрыт. Да, не самим отелем - идет какая то реконструкция и завешен весь фасад дома, но мне от этого не легче было.
Если вы некурящий - то все прекрасно.

The staff were cheerful , yes cheerful, and absolutely lovely to deal with. Our first Russian experience and a surprise. Forget the stereotypes. A wonderful room with perfectly designed amenities. Fast wifi too. Steve

Ottima struttura, molto curate le stanze e la pulizia. Perfetta la posizione per visitare la città; la caffetteria sempre aperta, con torte e bibite a disposizione gratuitamente, una vera chicca. Eccellente da ogni punto di vista

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Always a smile on their face. All the reception ladies was beautiful <3. 24 hour free cookies, coffee, tea and chocolate at the cafe was awesome. breakfast choice was more than expected and was tasty. Room was neat, clean and tidy. Bathroom was big and clean with all the necessary supplies. Hotel was stylish, decorated which gave a warm feeling of the middle age. Location was close to train station and metro, within 10 min of walk. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this hotel to everybody. I will come back to this hotel if i visit St. Petersburg again.
