Civilised spot to stay in Sfax.
Pros:

Excellent parking in the hotel basement. Easy to pick up taxis from outside the hotel. Gave us a fridge on asking. Good shower. Nice room. Warm in January (not everywhere was). ATM in foyer (belonging to one of the best Tunisian banks).

Cons:

Not much storage.

L'accueil, le parking gardé, l'aménagement pratique de la chambre, la variété du buffet du soir. Très bonne adresse pour une nuit d'étape.

Cons:

Rapport qualité prix du dîner un peu limite, mais on paie aussi la facilité de manger sur place-très pratique.

perfect for 1 or 2 nights in the center of the city
Pros:

Great location in the center of the city and close all commodities, the room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

the staff was great except for the bar in the mezzanine, and the hotel was a little bit expensive for what it is

Top - besser geht Hotel nicht!
Pros:

Angefangen vom sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Rezeptionist über den freundlichen Parkplatzwächter bis hin zur persönlichen Begrüßungskarte der Hotelleitung auf dem Zimmer: hier stimmt einfach alles bis ins Detail. Auch das Restaurant überzeugt mit einem vielseitigen, schmackhaften Abend- und Frühstücksbuffet und sehr gutem Service. Die Zimmer sind durchdacht und äußerst gepflegt. Alles funktioniert und ist am richtigen Platz. Danke - hier weiß man wie Hotellerie geht!

Cons:

Nichts - hier könnte sich so manches teuerere Hotel mit mehr Sternen ein Vorbild nehmen!

Pros:

j'ai demandé à mon arrivée un fer à repasser car je n'en ai pas trouvé dans la chambre, ma demande a été prise en charge dans les minutes qui suivent (fer à repasser + planche ont été ramenées à ma chambre).

Cons:

peut etre un café offert ou de bienvenue ou dans la chambre (jai par contre bien trouvé une bouteille d'eau gratuite dans la chambre)

Lively hotel, would definitely recommend.
Pros:

Great breakfast, lots of variety, very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff, comfy beds, pool is small but nice, good food (seafood spaghetti was delicious, lots of seafood), great value for money.

Cons:

Fridge, kettle and coffee/ tea in the room would have been nice, but not a deal breaker.
