Muy buen hotel

Muy bueno el desayuno, instalaciones y atención

Cons:

Todo bien con tranquilidad pero los 2 últimos días estuvieron realizando trabajos con mucho ruido desde las 8AM y eso incomodaba totalmente

Nice hotel!
Pros:

Really nice place to stay!
It’s a calm and quiet place where you can really relax. The staff is super nice; they did not speak any English but were still super helpful.
Would recommend staying here.

Todas las noches tipo 7am hora chilena, subían al techo y abrían una puerta, metiendo mucho ruido llegando a saltar del susto, reclamé sin embargo paso de nuevo al último día. Quería descansar, sin embargo, no me dejaron.

Para ser un Hotel de una cadena importante fue muy decepcionante que alguno de su personal no sea servicial y perdida en dar información de los servicios esto me toco vivir con la recepcionista. Los precios que se pagan no están de acuerdo a la calidad de servicio.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Very comfortable rooms. Great facilities with free use of the pool, which has beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. We enjoyed the daily breakfast which was included and the staff were always very friendly and helpful here. Wi-Fi also was fast. The only small drawback was that taxi drivers often didn't know where the hotel was located when we were coming back from the city centre so it took a bit of time explaining. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.
