Precio bueno, atención buena.
Pros:

La atención del personal. Fueron muy atentos y hasta el final de mi permanencia en Chiclayo pudieron ayudarme con por ejemplo brindarme toallas para baño. Mi vuelo salia de noche y pude usar una ducha.

Buena ubicación, pero la habitación es muy incómoda y sofocante por falta de ventilación.

La ubicación es perfecta al centro de la ciudad

Cons:

La habitación no tenia ventilación y su ventilación (ventanas) daba a las escaleras, es decir si abrias la ventana y no tenias privacidad en el cuarto, siendo un lugar de mucho calor no se puede dormir a menos que uses toda la noche el ventilador. Los muebles de melamine estaban en malas condiciones estaban hinchados por humedad o rotos, no se reflejaba lo mismo que en las fotos

Los horarios del desayuno serían ser en un rato de horario más largo como de 8 a 10 am pq bueno a veces uno llega de madrugada y necesita descansar un poco más

Es muy céntrico esta muy cerca de todo y eso es bueno, el personal es amable y cordial y sobretodo la habitación está muy limpia

En general les recomiendo si quieren seguridad y estar en parte céntrica este hotel es de 10 de 10
Pros:

Realmente me impacto el lugar les recomiendo 10 de 10 es muy cómodo el lugar se siente como estar en casa

Cons:

Cabe mencionar lo que no me gustó es que no tenga un tacho adicional para poner la basura dentro de la habitación o también podrían agregar una mesa pequeña para comer algo rápido
