Un séjour mémorable au DM Hoteles Mossone Ica ! Niché au bord de la lagune de Huacachina, l'hôtel offre un cadre historique magnifiquement préservé et un calme absolu au milieu du désert. La piscine sous les palmiers est parfaite pour se détendre après une journée dans les dunes, le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse et le restaurant est excellent. Un véritable havre de paix face à l'oasis !

Spacious rooms, great breakfast, but some areas need refreshing!
Pros:

A lovely complex with a nice pool next to the main oasis and resturants. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The bedrooms could you a bit of a refresh, especially the bathrooms. We got a lot of noise during one of the night from a local nightclub.

I wouldn’t recommend this place - staff were miserable, breakfast basic , accommodation very poorly maintained.

Pros:

Nuri que nos atendió de forma excepcional- al llegar a nuestras habitaciones al promediar las 6 pm, nos dimos con la ingrata sorpresa que no teníamos luz en ninguna de las dos habitaciones- en principio personal del hotel se acercó e indicó que reportaría al electricista, pero nada más. Me acerqué a la recepción y apenas Nuri se enteró de lo sucedido, empezó a buscar soluciones para que podamos descansar... nos mostró una suite que necesitaba limpieza y mientras hacían eso y se intentaba solucionar, nos invitó al comedor para tomar una infusión o un café- al volver, nos mencionó que podíamos ir yendo a la habitación 39 para usar la ducha y poder refrescarnos.. Gracias al Señor, no fue necesario, pues cuando fuimos a la habitación a recoger nuestras cosas, ya contábamos con luz. La noche siguiente también nos ayudó con un tema de la cena, facilitando una solución. Nuri es proactiva y está siempre buscando satisfacer las necesidades de los huéspedes- ella fue lo mejor.

Cons:

El servicio de agua en la habitación: a veces sólo salía agua caliente de los caños del lavatorio; y sin embargo, hubo dos instancias en las que no hubo agua caliente en la ducha.

El aire acondicionado hace demasiado ruido.

Las habitaciones que nos tocaron tenían mucha bulla al exterior . Además los baños tenias tinas pero era peligroso porque resbalaba al ingresar .

Magnífico y espectacular 🤩
Pros:

Por supuesto, la ubicación. Es un Hotel con mucha tranquilidad, donde se puede descansar excelente.
Sus Jardines son hermosos con vistas a las dunas.
Las habitaciones son muy amplias y las camas bastante cómodas.
