L'emplacement, le calme, le service et la nourriture.
Les chambres bien que très grandes et remplies d'histoire auraient besoin de quelques aménagements.

Lit confortable
Expérience décevante. À notre arrivée, nous avons eu le sentiment d’avoir été induits en erreur. Nous avions réservé 2 chambres pour 4 personnes et expliqué que nous avions besoin de 4 lits. On nous a indiqué que les chambres n’avaient qu’un seul lit chacune et nous avons donc payé une chambre supplémentaire, qui s’est finalement révélée inutile.
Le personnel ne parle pas anglais.
Et en plus de cela les chambres sont mal insonorisé, on entend la musique de partout
Le pommeau de douche était également défectueux : le jet ne visait pas correctement et l’eau fuyait de partout.

Localização ótima, preço competitivo, áreas comuns do hotel muito agradáveis, funcionários muito gentis e prestativos. Espeço para estacionar o carro alugado, piscina, café da manhã incluído.
O quarto em si está um pouco desatualizado. Quarto grande, espaçoso, agradável e limpo. Porém já teve seus dias de glória, merece uma renovação. Está um pouco judiado pelo tempo. Se fizerem uma reforma é excelente.

Un poco flojo para 3 estrellas. El baño es bastante pobre, poca presión en la ducha y no muy limpio. Hacía frío en la habitación.
Me dieron una habitación sin aire acondicionado, incómoda, junto a una ventana con ruido de la calle. Una experiencia espantosa que jamás deseo volver a repetir. El lugar es limpio, está excelentemente ubicado, pero por su precio tan elevado, lo menos que esperas es una habitación cómoda. Y no, es horrible no poder dormir por el calor y el ruido.
Arrepentidísimo de haber reservado ese hotel. Es horrible, incómodo, ruidoso, sin clima; no pude ni dormir. No recomiendo venir a este hotel. Es caro, además, y para lo pésimas que son sus habitaciones, definitivamente no vale la pena tirar el dinero.
Very comfortable, shower was literally a sandblaster after we were done surfing. The breakfast was top notch.

La ubicación, está justo al lado de la laguna Huacachina.
Las habitaciones y los baños están un poco anticuados. La piscina está al lado del hotel, hay que salir a la calle.
Prachtige tuin, heerlijk ruim en oud-sjiek restaurant, uitstekend ontbijbuffet zeer goede restaurantkeuken, in het rustige kader van de feeërieke oase. Ook het zwembad is een grote troef al moet je er wel een (afgesloten en doodlopend) straatje voor oversteken.
De kamer was dan wel ruim en had de nodige faciliteiten maar deed toch wat spartaans en uitgeleefd aan.

La piscina estaba sucia, la pileta del patio central igual, las habitaciones son comodas pero los baños se ven viejos.
В 3 часа утра под окна нашего номера подъехала техника с заведенным двигателем и какие то люди что то делали два часа. Люди шумели, стучали и выхлопные газы заходили в наш номер. Это просто ужас.

That I got an wristband???? What for?? It's not an all inclusive resort...
That I had to turn in the key every time I left the hotel....just ask for a lost key fee...I'm not 9 years old..
The rooms are big, but I agree with most reviews that urgent revamp is needed..this epic historic hotel could be an easy 5 star hotel,
put some nice carpets on the floor and or the wall of the rooms, change the doors and the windows to make it sound proof, fix the horrific lighting in the room and place in a bed board with USB sockets, put on a nice coloured bed roll and your half way there..
