Nice hotel let down by service
Pros:

Really nice view of the city from the large balcony. The room and bed were very comfortable. Everything was clean. The hotel is modern and spacious. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The restaurant is open all day.

Cons:

The hotel is somewhat far from the centre. There were no seats on the balcony when we arrived and we had to request them. We had no help with the suitcases nor with finding the room. The bathroom was very small and the water didn't drain well from the shower. There were lots of mosquitos which a net on the windows would prevent. There was no free water; it had to be bought from the bar at an extortionate price. The service at reception was quite hostile and did not make us feel welcome; in fact, more than anything, that spoilt our experience of the hotel, and we will not return.

Excelente atención
Pros:

La atención que nos brindaron fue la mejor, siempre dispuestos a apoyarnos y ayudarnos en lo que necesitábamos. La atención de David y Rodolfo realmente fue maravillosa.

La ubicación es muy buena, lástima que entre el personal y la ausencia de agua caliente la experiencia se arruina.

Excelente para descansar y estar comodos
Pros:

Me gusta mucho la vista, es la segunda vez que me hospedó ahí, la piscina es bastante amplia y no muy profunda, todos muy amables. Un lugar perfecto.para pasar en familia y descansar.

La distancia de la ciudad, aunque ello lo hace tranquilo así que no es que me desagrade del todo.
