Złe wrażenie z pobytu w hotelu
Pros:

Balkon,miły i pomocny recepcjonista,lodówka,panie sprzątaczki,miłe, sprzątały codziennie na życzenie.

Cons:

Nie działająca mikrofalówka,co 2 minuty ciągle się wyłączała nie dało się niczego podgrzać,przy otwieraniu drzwi od balkonu ciągle przewodził gdzieś prąd i porażał mojego męża, właściciel hotelu nie przywiązuje uwagi żeby coś naprawić,ulepszyć,prysznic odpada od ściany oraz wieszak na ręcznik,bardzo irytujące a wystarczy kupić gips i poczekać aż zastygnie i wkręty nie będą wypadać.Porwany materac.
Duży problem z komunikacją,ze względu na odwołany lot, musiałam zostać 1 dzień krócej a pobyt został już opłacony,więc napisałam do hotelu, mój mąż dzwonił do właściciela żeby odzyskać pieniądze za ten ostatni dzień ale spotkałam się tylko z brakiem odzewu od hotelu, ignorancją, brak empatii.Hotel ciągle odsyłał mnie do booking.com ,napisałam do booking.com a oni do hotelu,nawet nie odpisał właściciel na wiadomość od boooking.com.Brak słów.Nie polecam akurat tego pokoju.Panie myły podłogę jakąś starą brudną szmatą,można kupić nowy duży mop do podłogi żeby ułatwić panią pracę.

سيء للغايه وتعامل اسوأ من الموظف المصري
المكان جدا متسخ وغير نظيف الفراش يحتوي على حشرات ( قمل ) وبقايا مكياج واظافر صناعيه وادويه
دورات المياه جدا متسخه بفضلات وطلبت تنظيفها عند الدخول
حتى ادوات المطبخ غير قابله للاستخدام ومن فوق ذلك تعامل سيء من الطاقم

We had to ask for towels and slippers upon arrival
Housekeeping wasn’t daily and was knocking at the door with DND sign on at 4pm
We had to call few times a day for towel change and toilet paper
Boiler is not big enough for two people to have a shower

Shafik von der Rezeption war fast zu jeder Tageszeit da und hat sich um alle Anliegen gekümmert. Er und auch die anderen

Die Lage war sehr zentral. Die Zimmer waren angemessen und gut ausgestattet

Cons:

Housekeeping hat immer wieder vergessen die Handtücher zu wechseln
