This hotel is placed in very good location. I like the outdoor activities for families. The best experience for me was the barefoot trail!
I was very disapointed of food... I have gone there since 2014 and every year the food is worse and worse. The price is too high for this quality of meals.
If you go there, try the barefoot trail! It is great!

Very nice family hotel situated in Beskydy. This hotel is new, after reconstruction. I spend there 4 weekends and should reccomend for families with children. There is very nice animation club for children. Great indoor basin and lot of activities in this area.

Nice and clean rooms, friendly staff. Very convenient because of the train station is within walking distance. Varieties of breads and cheese and lovely capuchino coffee for breakfast. Overall very nice for the price.

I visited this hotel many times and I really love it there! Its location is really extraordinary, because the is surrounded by beautiful forests and is a few kilometers by walk from the Horní Bečva town. Also you can take a swim in a water dam, which is about 1 km far.

Price of the hotel is really worth its service! The price includes a room, unlimited entrance to both swimming pools, entrance to saunas and more indoor and outdoor sports. Rooms are really nice. We stayed in the big, two bedroom apartment. It had a large corner balcony and a big bathroom.

The outside pool is large, but sometimes it is pretty cold. There are also other outdoor activities like a huge Ludo, nine-pin bowling or a barefoot walk through a forest. Inside the hotel you can enjoy a big spa, saunas or a swimming pool.

Perhaps the biggest problem is the food, because you can choose only from a very limited choice of meals.

The staff at this hotel works on really high standards, they are helpful and polite. If you want to visit Beskydy mountains, this is a good place where to stay. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Hotel Duo is the best one in the Horní Bečva area. Nice accomodation in both of the buildings the Retro is very funny for people over 40 with the communistic experience! Perfectly equipped wellness two swimming pools and a lot of activities inside and outside. Animation program for children every day. Delicious food you can choose every time and the portions are really big.

I visited this hotel again and I must say, that it is getting much better! The staff is nice and polite and even the hotel says, that is it just 3***, I think they should give themselves at least 4****. Perfect hotel facilities like pool, spa and saunas ar included in the price!! The rooms are nice and modern with good facilities. The biggest problem is the restaurant, because you can choose only from a very limited choise of meals. Otherwise, this hotel is just perfect!

We are going to this hotel every year. A few years ago, there was a reconstruction in there. After that, everything is modern. The service is brilliant. They are very kind in very way. Of course I do not expect anything luxurious from this hotel (it has three stars), but it is above standard. We stayed in the corner apartment ad we had a huge room with many things and it was just perfect. It is in the forest so we had a wonderful sleep. The spa was just great! There are 2 saunas with a relaxing room and a pool in the hotel price. The pool is OK.

This Hotel is in a wonderful countryside, it's reconstructed very well with a beautiful wellness....etc. - I would recommend this to all who likes to ski in winter and walk in spring and summer or just relax in wellness.
They advertise also an attractive cuisine; however, when you have a half or even a full board you get a choice from three very poor dishes what are served from a buffet style by one waiter and nothing more.....there is also one soup and one desert (we could have the same dry cake for two dinners in two days). The dinner from the half board costs more than if you choose a meal from a menu but nobody knows that and are very disappointed when they first come to eat. It's sooo pity that somebody spoilts such a nice stay by such a terrible meal.
