Bonne expérience.
Pros:

Globalement bonne expérience. La chambre est très propre et très spacieuse.
Clim et tv fonctionne bien.
Par contre, le petit-déjeuner nécessite un GROS effort d’amélioration.
Ainsi que le Wifi qui est TRÈS lent.

Mye vegetasjon rundt. Store og rene rom
Folket som jobber der er utrolig vennlig og service innstilte. Det er muligheter for å trene alt fra golf, tennis, zumba, yoga, stryke, svømming.. alt med trener hvis man ønsker det
Cluben har også en kjempebra restaurant med både internasjonale som typiske retter.
Cluben ligger bare 15 min fra Neiva og er det perfekte stopp steder mellom hovedstaden til san agustin eller de fleste kaffegårdene som ligger sør i Colombia, hvor det dyrkes kaffe av den beste kvaliteten
Cluben har også en fin isbar som barna elsker å gå til. Vi kommer tilbake!

Buen hotel, el servicio de comida era hasta las 8:00 pm y no resultó tan fácil conseguir comida cerca por su ubicación.

Los 2 dias de estadia no funciono el agua caliente de la ducha de la habitacion, se les aviso y no la arreglaron, habia que ir a bañarse al spa. La manija de la puerta de ingreso a la habitacion dañada, tocaba llamar a las personas del hotel para que abrieran. El jacuzzi estaba fuera de servicio. En el desayuno si pedias cafe o bebida caliente adicional debias pagarla al igual que el jugo. Si querias queso con cargo, un solo tipo de pan y para hacer relleno daban galletas saltinas. Al almuerzo "buffet" no era tal si querias otra porcion debias pagarla. Pedimos unas bebidas al almuerzo y las trajeron 20 minutos despues, cuando ya habiamos terminado. No lo recomiendo y no volveria. Creo que financieramente el club esta mal y quieren sacarle hasta los ojos a cualquiera que pase por alli y se hospede. Pensamos que por ser un club campestre estara a la altura pero fue pauperrimo. Lo que paguen es costoso

Teníamos altas expectativas del lugar pero, no las cumplió. La comida no es muy buena y los útiles de aseo muy austeros . No hay agua Caliente
