I had a pleasant experience with this cool old hotel.
Pros:

The size of the room and the tall ceilings. The rocking chair in the room. Loved that there was a separate closet. My room had an oversized entry door, so cool.

Cons:

In the bathroom: The toilet was tucked tightly in-between the shower and vanity. The balcony room is a bit noisy since it faces the street. I felt the bed could have been more comfortable.

La ubicación es excelente

Cons:

Esta muy descuidado el hotel, las paredes tienen humedad, no tienen restaurante aunque aquí lo menciona, solo 2 días nos pusieron cafe y después ya no nos dieron nada, el día que llegue, nisiquiera nos llevaron a la habitación, la tuve que estar buscando, el área donde esta el hotel estaba muy oscura, no tenían luz en la parte de afuera y el precio es bastante elevado a los mejores hoteles que había en el centro

Comfortable and great location but too pricy. Could have stayed at a nicer place for the amount we paid for our stay.

Location, cleanliness, staff on premises 24 hours, coffee service

Cons:

Had to climb four flights of stairs to get to our first room and the room was so small you could barely open the entrance door and nowhere to place our luggage. We were moved to a bigger room at a lower level, only two flights of stairs, that had two beds and therefore we were charged an additional $265 dollars for our stay 🙁

Great location but horribly noisy

Great location in the middle of the city

Friendly, helpful staff

Cons:

Unbelievably noisy. Directly opposite is a bar & rooftop restaurant that blasts music until late into the night. Then at 6am the church next door rings its bells. Then at 7am the traffic starts & the noise from passing motorcycles & buses is deafening

Unless you are deaf or don’t need to sleep, look elsewhere
