Pros:

Постоянно бронирую отели по всему миру через приложение. Ни единого раза, ни в одном отеле у меня не было проблем. Забронировали отель в день заезда. Выбрали вариант оплаты - на месте. По прибытию нам озвучили что брони не видят и номеров с указанными параметрами у них не зарезервировано. Предложили оплачивать номера напрямую у них, в обход приложения по бронированию. При этом сумма значительно увеличилась. Такого беспредела не было ни в одном отеле мира. Ваше счастье что была ночь, мы были уставшие с дороги и не захотели ездить в поисках другого варианта. В этот отель больше точно ни ногой!

You pay more but get less
Pros:

You need to reconfirm your reservation with this hotel as I don't see any guarantee after initial booking. The breakfast has few choices only. Staff not helpful unless you insist. The price you pay for the hotel is too expensive for what you get in return.
