Clean stay up to basic international standards, but no hot water.
Pros:

Clean, airconditioned room that met expectations. We arrived late, and they had off-site but secure parking.
Friendly staff, they allowed our pets with an extra charge.
Good enough for foreign business travelers visiting the refinery.
Safe and secure.
No bugs.

No hot water.
Breakfast was basically eggs, bread, and a few pieces of fruit. Not really impressive.
A better breakfast and hot water, and this place would be marvelous!
