Pros:

Velmi milý personál, dobrá snídaně, velmi chutná jídla obecně (měli jsme večeře), velká herna pro děti, prostorný pokoj, blízko na svah.

Milý personál, klid a pohoda na pokojích celkem teplo. Koupelna a toaleta Ok všude teplo čisto

Cons:

Televize fungovalo asi jen 8 programů Nova a všechny její odnože nefungovaly, jsem tam prach na rohu postele či skříni

Das Personal war bemüht und das Essen war schmackhaft.

Cons:

Wir hatten 5 Übernachtungen. Die Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt. Neue Handtücher auf Nachfrage.Als ich das zur Abreise ansprach und sagte, dass ich einen Rabatt erwarte, wurde 1% vom Preis angeboten. Als ich das nicht akzeptiert hat, hat man ca. 4% angeboten. Das kann jeder selbst bewerten. Aber ich wurde dann mit den Worten weg geschickt- „Go Home - this is Czech Republic“ und tschechischen Kommentaren, die ich nicht verstanden habe, aber die sicher nicht nett gemeint waren.

Velmi milý personál a dobrá kuchyně.

Cons:

Ubytovací řád zněl spíše jak z nápravného zařízení. Tolikrát "povinen" jsem snad ještě nikde nečetl. Chápu, že nějaká pravidla se musí dodržovat, ale jde to napsat i jinak.
