Quise dar la oportunidad a este hotel que quedaba a 20 min de vive claro pero la atención del personal nocturno fue bastante grosera, desordenada no sabían de mi llegada y estaba molesto por qué llegue temprano pero ellos mismos me habían confirmado que se podía llegar temprano y guardar las maletas y me cobraron por adelantado. Luego cobraron un saldo adicional diciendo que eran gastos de la página, LO PEOR: la cama al levantar el acolchado tenia pelos, yo que trabajo en hotelería se que una sábana limpia no tiene pelos, osea que esas sábanas no las cambian.

Otras cosas fue que las toallas son pequeñas, la habitación huele a humedad, la cama es dura y el sofá viejo y una silla con un tapiz viejo. Todo esto por 83mil.. me he quedado en hostales que por menos de la mitad he tenido por lo menos una buena atención, la indumentaria o que este gastadas las cosas de entienden pero la atención y los pelos en la cama?

El señor de la noche tiene un genio terrible no se le puede comentar nada por que a toda hora contesta con 3 piedras en la mano y adicional a eso cuando me hizo el check in hizo comentarios bastante incómodos por mi ciudad de procedencia.

En los años que llevo quedándome en hoteles ha sido la experiencia mas horrible que he tenido y la verdad yo me considero demasiado relajada por qué fui mochilera pero esto ya es el colmo.

Excelente localização e custo benefício.
Pros:

Excelente localização. Cama grande e confortável, com travesseiros igualmente bons. Tamanho do quarto adequado para quem não vai ficar no hotel, mas passar o dia fora. Bem iluminado.

Cons:

Água do chuveiro a noite não fica quente, o que seria essencial para o clima de Bogotá. Muito eco nos corredores. Somente esses dois pontos mesmo.
