Outstanding location across Wrigley Field and amazing lobby area. Hotel staff were wonderful, respectful, and courteous but limited in providing the best treatment for their guests.
Stayed in 3 hotels on Chicago and by far the Zachary, Tribute Hotel was the most disappointing for the high cost. The hotel lost its boutique charm and special guest treatment. Arrived at 3:30 for check in, which is 4:00 pm and the room was not ready until 4:30. As a guest, the lobby area needs reservations where to sit which is along the back wall and not the best location in the lobby. Went back to the lobby after the Cubs game and brought a Chicago dog from Wrigley Field since the bar stops serving food after 10:00 pm to snack on with my beer. Staff said I couldn’t not eat it in the lobby, doesn’t make sense. Slept better at other hotel nearby.
Across the street from Wrigley Field!!
No refrigerator in room.
The convenience of being right next to Wrigley Field was awesome, but for the same price of the Ritz and Carlton with the only amenity being free ice/2 bottle waters, not sure the value is substantial enough to stay again. You still have to pay for valet on game days because they close their public parking and breakfast would be a nice plus!
Right across from Wrigley field where our concert was going to be
Pretty pricey rooms
This is a very comfortable hotel right in the heart of wrigleyville. But it doesn’t just have good location. It’s also very well run!
Location was perfect.
Hotel lobby was beautiful.
Staff was extremely helpful.
Great location - beautiful property and rooms
The service overall was subpar. Check in was very transactional- no smile or welcome. We wanted to have one drink before a concert and were told the completely empty restaurant/bar was reserved starting at 6 pm. It was 3:00. We had 4 different staff members insist we couldn’t sit anywhere except a shared table by check in where kids were sitting on their computers. We finally spoke with the manager who allowed us to sit at a table until 7:45- we literally wanted one hour at 3:30 and he was willing to give us 4 hours- while we appreciated his accommodation it was beyond frustrating to have to get to the point of complaining. The hospitality at this hotel was definitely missing. We paid a very high rate for one night and would expect to have use of the facilities when available. We were awaken by housekeeping at 8:20 am - just not the vibe we would expect.
Great location across from Wrigley, convenient access to restaurants, train, buses...Folks who work there are polite, professional, helpful and engaging. It our go to spot when we come to Chicgo
Very close to the stadium. Lots of eateries in the area.
Nothing
Excellent location right next to Wrigley field. Had a room with a view of wrigley field
Depending on the room you can hear the music in the bar
Everything was nice!
Beautiful views of Wrigley field.

Bed wasn't comfortable. Couldn't sleep. Also the noise from the bar area traveled through the vent in the bathroom and could here people talking all night.
Hotel Zachary is definitely 5 star! It’s for those wanting to be greeted with a friendly face and welcoming atmosphere! Definitely recommend and worth the extra it costs per night!
