A must visit hotel! If you’re looking for perfection in every detail, Hotel Zachary should be your next destination! Every detail stunning and immaculate! From the moment I arrived I was greeted by the kindest staff and visually beautiful interior! My stay was during the Christkindlmarket. The windows from my room overlooked the Market. It was the most beautiful Christmas scene! I felt as if I was at the North Pole in Santa’s Village❤️❤️
The bar offered delicious drinks! The food was amazing! I never wanted to leave!

Wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean and was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The staff was efficient and friendly from the door to check out. Ian at the front desk was extremely helpful and personable. We enjoyed the generous "pass arounds" at the Alma. As a Christmas gift from our daughter, it couldn't have been a nicer weekend to start the holidays.

We stayed at The Zachary for 5 days over the Thanksgiving holiday to visit family in Wrigleyville. Being across the street from the Christmas Market was magical, especially after receiving 8 inches of snow. The hotel was convenient to restaurants near the Stadium as well as on Southport. The hotel restaurant was outstanding for their daily breakfast as well as our favorite drinks. Service was impeccable, and our upgrade to a suite made the visit that much more enjoyable.

Our stay at Hotel Zachary was excellent. The hotel was beautiful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was fantastic, close to so many things. Everyone was extremely helpful and polite. I highly recommend staying.

I arrived for a family event with no knowledge of the Zachary - I was profoundly impressed by the entire experience - the location across from Wrigley couldn't be better; the hotel felt clean, new and energized, the on site restaurants were superb and the bar was a great place for a friend and me to catch up in the evening. All of that said, the team at the hotel is really tremendous and what stands out. I lost an item and there was no end to which the team would go to help me find it. Ultimately, after a lengthy search, they tenaciously helped me retrieve it and brought me peace of mind. I am sure others would have given up - they were determined to have a delighted guest and they did. Well done, Zachary team! I will stay at this hotel whenever I am in Chicago.

We love the Zachary! The staff is always welcoming & the room very comfortable!
They have a great space in the lobby with a huge farmers table where you could work, eat a quick bite, or enjoy their complimentary tea, water & coffee!

I wanted to give a shout out to Chris, the bell man. He was exceptional and helped us out numerous times throughout our stay. Our stay would not have been the same without all of his help. We had an engagement party for my daughter and future son-in-law and he was so helpful.

Hotel Zachary is a beautiful hotel. The staff were very courteous and attentive to the needs of the people who stayed there. Right across the street from Wrigley Field and accessible too many restaurants and other cultural experiences in Chicago. I would recommend this to anyone.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. It was very quiet and my wife and I felt like we were able to truly get away.

Naome at the Hotel Zachary was absolutely fantastic! She was so helpful and incredibly pleasant throughout my entire stay. Her friendly service and knowledgeable assistance made the trip effortless. Five stars all around!

We were in Chicago to support our two daughters who ran the Chicago Marathon. Hotel Zachary was within easy walking distance to my daughter’s condo in Lakeview. Great restaurants nearby, too.
