Hôtel magnifique dans un cadre très agréable

L’hôtel est magnifique, le personnel très attentionné, le petit déjeuner extra et le restaurant très qualitatif.

Tout aurait été magnifique si ce n’est que la chambre double que nous avions réservé n’était en fait qu’une chambre single !
Difficile de comprendre l’hôtel qui permet la réservation de 2 personnes dans une chambre single ! Les explications sur booking font état d’une chambre double simple mais pas qu’il y a un lit pour 1 personne uniquement !
La première nuit nous avons été surclassé dans une chambre double. Malheureusement la seconde nuit, l’hôtel étant complet nous avons dû partager un lit pour 1 personne à 2.

Pour le prix de la chambre cela paraît abusif !
Heureusement que l’hôtel, le lieu et le personnel ont rendu ce séjour agréable malgré tout.

Cons:

Vendre une chambre pour 1 personne comme une chambre double. C’est abusif et trompeur.

Den unga killen i restaurangen som tog hand om oss och gjorde att vi kände oss som kungar!!!

Cons:

Det jag saknade var en bättre skyltning om var hotellet låg. När vi klev av bussen vid Furusunds hotellplan fanns det inget som visade vart vi skulle gå...
