On check in the front service staff were fabulous. Towards the end - the staff were a little less relatable and friendly.
I love that they granted my requests (high floor, clean and tidy as I have asthma & allergies) for my stay my birthday night. I had complimentary balloons and chocolate! Thanks! Breakfast was also good! Breakfast staff were nice.

Cioran on the front desk was awesome, he went above and beyond to get us interconnecting rooms for the two rooms we had booked. The rooms were great, great view of the City Sky tower - Thank you Cioran
The bed for me was like a big fluffy soft cloud, felt lovely to get into, but unfortunately my back didn't like how soft it was, (was only a me problem though) - both my Husband and Son loved the beds :)
Location was close to two venues we were attending - Sky City Orbit Restaurant & The Aotea Centre for Engelbert Humperdink concert. We had pre dinner drinks downstairs and post event drinks in the Churchill Bar which was so lovely - the view, the service, the indoor outdoor flow it was fabulous. Breakfast the following day was relaxed and the buffet was great for the 6 of us

部屋の水回りの清潔で、シャワーも充分に暖かいお湯が使え快適でした。
さらに、スカイタワーまで徒歩圏内にあり散歩がてら観光するにもってこいのホテルです。
ベッドサイドにはコンセントがありスマホの充電には役立ちました。しかし、コンセント形状がオーストラリアの標準形状「O型」であり変換プラグは必要です。ここがユニバーサルタイプだったら文句の付けようがありません。
ホテルの無料Wi-Fiへの接続は簡単で、そこそこの速度を維持していました。しかし、会社のイントラへの接続が出来ず若干不具合を感じました。
ホテル内が禁煙である事を理解して利用しましたが、ロビーから出た場所での喫煙が出来ましたが、灰皿が用意されておらず自分で持っていた携帯灰皿を使いました。
それ以外に施設の不具合を感じる事はありませんでした。
Na receção, eram muito simpáticos e amáveis. O pequeno almoço é bom e a localização é excelente. A cama é confortável.
O quarto é pequeno e escuro, as janelas não abrem.
Tinha uma toalha rota na casa de banho.
Pedi serviço de limpeza e até às 3 da tarde não apareceram.
Para o estatuto de um sheraton e preço, deixa um bocadinho a desejar.

The room is very big and clean. It’s very close to CBD. Nice buffet. Very helpful and friendly stuff.
Everything is perfect.
The corner king room was very spacious and comfortable for me to relax.
The fill a bottle water thing on my floor was not working, so had to go out to the front reception to get my drinking water.
Room was great and bed very comfortable.
Clean and the location was convenient, very close to shops and attractions
