Valet as not valet - paid two night valet and partner Parker his Ute most the time and got it out of corner as they actually never brought it out to us

Everything...air con was a bit patchy but I think we were still getting used to the remote for it....fab comfy room...luvly fab shower ...
We booked in for breakfast at check in with blonde male staff...but on Sunday brkfst restaurant stated we were not booked in for brkfst....he didn't actually book us ...had to pay full price instead of discount special 😒🫤....if we stay again will dble check or pay brkfst 1st at check in...

The bathroom didn’t have ventilation or spray. This is a semi deal breaker for us when it comes to accommodation especially in such a small space.

Le monsieur de la réception qui nous a enregistré au check-in était au top. Je crois que son nom était Ciaran. Quel plaisir d'être accueilli comme ça ! Rien que pour cela, nous reviendrons lors de notre prochain passage à Auckland. Nous avons eu une chambre avec une vue géniale sur la ville. Le petit coin kitchenette était très pratique. La salle de bain fabuleuse. Le personnel de cet établissement est vraiment à la hauteur, que ce soit pour la réception comme je le dis plus haut, mais aussi pour l'entretien des chambres, avec un soin particulier à se faire discret. On ne les voit jamais et pourtant tout est fait quand on revient dans la chambre. Et c'est impeccable.
Quant au lit, alors là je dois dire, c'est un pur plaisir de dormir dans ces conditions. Sans se gêner car il est immense.
It’s was good location and nice
The staff weren’t organized and when it came to pay they tryed to over charge me by going off a different rate than what I had booked on booking.com and almost didn’t give us our room
The bed was super comfy and the bars and restaurant were impressive.
In the bathroom, there was a bar of soap rather than hand wash.
Wry nice hotel in Auckland.
