Lovely. Really lovely.
Pros:

Breakfast great. Location brilliant just short walk to Central Auckland.
Staff lovely. Very polite. Helpful.
Excellent hotel.

Cons:

Would have been good to have had sky TV but, that's being picky!

Cons:

No bottled water in room-we didn’t have a drink bottle to refill at provided stations. Room service dessert options far too minimal/ended up going to the dairy down the road. Air conditioning unit fan got very noisy.

Je ne comprends pas qu’un hôtel "international" ait une TV aussi pauvre !!
Il n’y a que quelques chaînes NZ, et aucune mondiale, comme CNN ou BBC !

Very frustrating
Cons:

I needed wifi and the connection was terrible so much so that i couldn't work. I got better connection through my phone. I ask staff if there was another connection available, but they said no.

Estuvimos en dos ocasiones en un lapso de 15 días. entre los meses de junio y julio 2025
En la segunda reserva se nos cargó un día de más y no fue posible que el empleado de la recepción entendiera y nos resolviera la situación. Dado que teníamos un vuelo en las siguientes horas tuvimos que aceptar este cobro unilateral y no correspondiente.
Aún estamos a la espera de la corrección del cobro y la correspondiente devolución del importe pagado en exceso
