Великолепный Петербург
Pros:

Отель нам понравился, от станции метро 5 мин пешком, потом до центра две остановки. Очень приветливый персонал, особую благодарность выражаем администратору Светлане, очень нам помогла, голодными не оставила) большое спасибо. Еда в отеле очень даже вкусная, не надо искать кафе и не дорого. Мы довольны и вернемся еще не раз.

Cobrança injusta
Pros:

Ao chegarmoa hotel nos disseram q tinhamos que pagar uma taxa de 500 rublos por pessoa que a princípio era um decreto governamental, fomos em um centro de turismo checar se poderiam cobrar essa taxa e nos disseram lá q essa taxa não existia e q era ilegal. Quando informamos isso ao hotel o decreto não era mais do governo, era uma decisão do dono do hotel...Meu confuso não? Mas pra evitar problemas, pagamos a bendita taxa que antes era governamental e depois virou decreto do dono do hotel...O hotel é ótimo, mas com essa cobrança de taxa perdeu toda a credibilidade para a gente...

Excelente, todo la única duda es que me cobraron 2000 rublos por registrarme (somos 4 ,500 rublos cada uno)por decreto presidencial??? Quería que me lo aclare alguien si es posible.Por lo demás ,excelente

Kleines ruhiges Hotel
Pros:

Freundliches Serviceteam. Sehr zuvorkommend und hilft bei Bus und Bahnreisen. Einziger minuspunkt war das WLAN. Keine volle Leistung und viel öfter aus.
