I was in this hotel for 3 nights.
Breakfast was good
Internet was good
Room was clean but small
Near bus station
And 15 minutes walk to metro
Souvenir market in hotel was nice and good price
17 minutes walk to metropolin mall
Room service was not so good, and far from central.
Totally i recommended.bcoz of good atmosphere

Современный отель, большие номера, внимательный персонал - только хорошие впечатления

Ездили по делам. Необычно что номер состоит из двух небольших комнат без двери, но это даже неплохо. Похоже на кв в бюджетной новостройке. Удобная кровать и подушки. Хорошие систые полотенца, все чисто и хорошо. Вайфай на 11 этаже не супер, для zoom не хватало.

Случайно оплатил проживание с завтраком, хотя выезжать должны были сильно до начала завтрака.
Плату за завтрак не вернули…. Этим недоволен; остальное ок

Friendly staff

Nice Hotel with English speaking staff which is a big plus in Russia. Farley close to Metro Station. Good Breakfast. Recommended.

В здании отеля Перекрёсток, кафе, химчистка, барбершоп, пункт самовывоза озон. Хороший шведский стол на завтрак, за 850рублей предлагали ужин в том же формате+алкоголь.

The staff was unhelpful and the ceiling had a leak that ruined my favorite shoes! When I complained no one (and I mean NO ONE Spoke English and ignored my requests for help)

Lobby is spacious and nice.
That’s it. Sorry. Nothing is good in this hotel: neither rooms nor restaurant.
Please, change the color of walls in corridors, and carpet as well.
And green wall in a lobby looks awful.

Современный Отель с просторным номером и большой ванной комнатой. Нормальный интернет. Достаточно разнообразный завтрак, включая приготовление омлета/яичницы. Что огорчило, так это ресторан. Все, что ни заказали было значительно ниже среднего. Креветки гриль- вообще катастрофа. Но по вполне взрослым ценам. В остальном- удобный и хороший отель.

We stayed at the Hotel Art Moskva for one night before traveling further and were positively surprised. The lobby was inviting and the check-in went fast. Rooms were small (not tiny though) and - most important - clean and comfortable. Free WiFi was included although not the fastest. We had to leave before breakfast so cannot judge the quality there but we had a drink and snacks at the bar before going to our rooms at night and the art club sandwich and wraps were good. Location-wise it is a bit further out but I definitely recommend this place if you’re traveling on a budget!

Albergo nuovissimo, molto pulito e con tutti i servizi a portata di mano. Ottimo staff - super corsiale. Ottima qualita prezzo. Raccomandabile

The room and hotel were clean, comfortable. Breakfast was also good and tasty

The check in was a bit stressful because we had to pay for the entire stay immediately at check in and of course we didn't had the cash with us. But in case you have a credit card, no worries :). Anyhow this was different from other experiences, where you pay for your stay at check out. The reception staff was generally nice and pleasant, but there were also less nice girls working. The spoken English was a bit poor.
