Extremely satisfied with our stay!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Josephine Old Town Square in Prague. The location is excellent, close to the Old Town and within walking distance of many of the city’s main attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague.

Pros:

The place is amazing right in the middle of the old city and close to everything you want to see in Prague. The breakfast was incredible with a lot of variety. The staff was so lovely, showing us all the way to our room, kept our luggage after check out and always smiled. They even provide coffee capsules and a bottle of wine for no extra charge!

Местоположението на хотела е страхотно, на малък площад точно зад катедралата. Персоналът на рецепция беше учтив и услужлив.

Cons:

Стаята, която бяхме резервирали, нямаше общо със снимките от сайта, и нямаше работещ климатик. Това направи престоя ни през първите два дни неприятен, тъй като времето в Прага беше необичайно горещо и не беше възможно да се спи без климатик. Невъзможно беше да се спи и на отворен прозорец, тъй като под стаята ни имаше бар, който работеше през цялата нощ, и беше много шумно. Бяхме преместени в друга стая с климатик едва на третата нощ. Новата стая беше широка и удобна, но беше таванска и на практика не влизаше дневна светлина, защото имаше едно съвсем малко прозорче в единия край. Закуската също не беше на нивото, което се очаква за такъв клас хотел. Интернет връзката беше изключително слаба, на места в хотела нямаше никакъв интернет.

Cons:

La reception non reception buttata nel bar. L'assegnazione camera non corrispondente al prenotato con la convinzione che una camera con un letto in più, inutile, compensasse una camera molto datata e con un bagno improponibile. Ottenuto il cambio dopo insistenze.

Absolutely delightful hotel and room, very friendly staff
Pros:

Located in a great position facing Tyn Courtyard, just off the Old Town Main Square, the hotel is a beautiful old building with decor to match. I had asked for a view of this courtyard (or small square as some might have it) on a high floor and was not at all -disappointed. My room had beams throughout and lovely old-style furnishing and although the windows were on the small side it was surprisingly bright. Facilities within were all modern and fully functional. The hotel lift only went up to the second floor so the rest of the way was by stairs, so beware if you're not up for a climb. Breakfast was off the lobby area and had a good selection of both standard and local cuisine. Plenty of sights in and around the Old Town and a decent walk to the Castle, mostly uphill - but of course downhill coming back. There were eateries abounding in the small square and in the main square, and also in the surrounding streets. I would happily return to this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout.

This property was in a wonderful location... we were able to walk everywhere in town.
