I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The overall condition of the place is simply appalling.

The staircases and hallways were full of rubbish and cigarette butts. The bathroom had clearly not been cleaned: there was rubbish on the floor, the toilet was filthy with feces in it, and we even saw cockroaches. The bed sheets had holes in them, some of the bathroom fixtures and taps were broken, and overall the facilities were run-down and very poorly maintained.

There seems to be absolutely no effort made to keep the place clean, decent, or even remotely welcoming. On top of that, some of the people staying in the many rooms do not seem to respect the shared areas either, which makes the hygiene situation even worse.

Between the dirt, lack of maintenance, broken facilities, and cockroaches, the conditions are completely unacceptable for any kind of accommodation. I absolutely do not recommend this place and strongly advise people to avoid it.

Fatal y desagradable
Pros:

Espacios sucios, habitaciones sucias con colchones viejos. Gente mal aspecto que no dejaron dormir(peleas). Una de las camas con pata partida. Mal olor y suciedad en todos los espacios. No había seguridad en las puertas, etc. No entiendo como uds aceptan ofrecer este tipo de pensiones al público.

Cons:

Les voisins, en revanche je n'ai pas vu de punaises de lit ni de cafards comme le disait les commentaires, le ventilateur avait 2 pattes sur 4.

Chambre petite, spartiate, mais pas chère, au coeur de REUS.
Pros:

Il n'y avait pas de petit déjeuner, mais un bar lié à cet établissement juste à coté avec une formule café et croissant très abordable. Personnel très gentil, nombreux commerces à proximité.

Cons:

La propreté des sanitaires ! Mais bien qu'ils soient nettoyés chaque jour, il y a des clients peu respectueux et répugnants.

L'emplacement était dans des rues extrêmement difficile d'accès. L'accueil a été optimal et très rapide

La chambre était pas isolé de la lumière de la cage d'escalier et le plafond d'une des chambres était fait d'une toile et donc la lumière du jour passée et nous empécher de dormir

Ik ben niet gebleven.
Cons:

Ik ben niet gebleven maar na aankomst gelijk weer weggegaan. Het was een smerig portiek, de wc’s waren smerig, de douches oud en vies. De kamer was heel warm. Op de trap lag een kakkerlak. Toen ik naar beneden liep kwam er een dronken junk met blik bier naar boven lopen. Is vieze achteraf straat. Niet veilig.
