Pros:

Al llegar nos hicieron un inventario de los objetos de la habitación, una de las Toallas estaba doblada sucia y con cabello. Baja presión en las tuberías , paredes sucias. La comida limitada en opciones y no muy rica. El tinto instantáneo y en vaso plástico. cuesta lo mismo que un 4 estrellas en cartagena y es una posada.

Pros:

The good: rooms are roomy and very clean, facility is in good shape, food is good, breakfast was included and is a typical Colombian breakfast, swimming pool is awesome, Hotel personnel is very nice and friendly.

The Not so good: Hot water for the shower works sometimes, WIFI in the room is spotty, hotel is closed to a highway so it is noisy specially during the night, credit card reader was not working so I had to pay cash, there was no shampoo in the bathroom.

Pros:

Realmente fuimos 4 personas y nos encanto el hotel desde cuando hicimos la reserva hasta cuando nos fuimos del hotel estuvimos acompañados, nos recibieron con amabilidad y encontramos excelentes servicios, siempre pendientes para que nuestra estadia fuese perfecta. Solo tenemos agradecimientos. Volveremos muy seguramente y lo recomendaremos a nuestros familiares y amigos
