Pros:

Owner was very helpful. Hacienda itself has historic feeling to it and looks beautiful. There is also plenty of room in courtyard to rest.

Cons:

We got a room in new, extended area in ground floor. We could hear the noise from the room above us. I believe rooms in the main area are much nicer so if you can ask for those rooms.

Pros:

A mansion hotel with a beautiful inner courtyard with seating areas. Spacious and clean rooms, the staff is very friendly and helpful to the best of their ability. Good breakfast. Excellent location. Full value for money.

Charming - just book it!
Pros:

Loved this historic property in pretty Pisac, close to everything. Stayed just one night after a change of travel plans. Wish it could have been a week. It will be next time! Clean, comfortable, quirky. Lovely courtyards. Helpful staff. Yes, I loved it!

Perfectly located and a good secure parking garage just two blocks away.

Cons:

Nice but lacking in better decoration in the suite. No heating. Not as good as it looks in the pictures.

I stay in a spacious room just above the family botanical garden, which is in a separate building from the main hotel.
Large windows with a beautiful mountains view

Cons:

It is cold in the room at night and morning, there is no heat and the windows frame is not sealed.

Sehr schöne Anlage in einer ehemaligen hacienda. Die Besitzer verfügen auf der anderen Strassenseite über einen ausgedehnten botanischen Garten und die Ausführungen durch den dueño waren höchst interessant.
