Hyggelig sted i fattig nabolag
Pros:

Italiensk-eid og hyggelig. Gode restauranter. Området rundt er skrikende fattig - noe "hyggelig villlage" er ikke dette. Ingen butikker etter vestlig standard, og så umulig å lage egen mat. Men det fortonet seg trygt.

Séjour de 5 nuits en famille, les appartements sont sympa, les douches fonctionnent, les piscines sont toujours propres, l hôtel est situé à 150 mètres de la plages, le petit déjeuner est copieux, la cuisine du restaurant est top
Le seul point noir qui ne dépend pas de l hôtel, sont les taxis et livreur du village qui klaxonne à partir de 6h00 du matin pour prévenir les locaux de leur arrivée

Pros:

Great location, very nice people taking care of the property. The whole compound felt like it was a community of friends, very safe, kids were always hanging either in the pool or at some neighbors and we did not have to worry about them. Pool was very cool and designed with passion.

Away from it all
Pros:

The first thing to say is that Kiwengwa is a little off the beaten track, and one must be prepared to rough it a little bit. Accordingly, don't expect each day to be just like the last for example in terms of precisely when things happen. That said, even by the extraordinarily friendly standards of the area, the staff at Breeze (known locally as 'Breezy') were wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. I had friends staying at a nearby resort on an all-inclusive deal, and they coveted the insider knowledge I had simply as a result of staying at Breeze: You can get Kilimanjaro beer (20,000 shillings for three litres) and some spirits at the bottle shop, and pretty much everything else at the minimart (the local primary school will appreciate donations of stationery, by the way).
By all means, pay the supplement for breakfast, it's enough food (coffee, fruit, chapati, egg) to see you through to dinnertime—and for dinner delivery I'd recommend Si Burgers over Waikiki in terms of price, quality and speed of service. Also note you'll be showering in brine, which added to all the sun might mean you'll need some kind of moisturising lotion.

Dålig service vid frukost. Fick fel beställning flera gånger trots få gäster och enkla rätter. En bit att ta sig till supermarket.

Pros:

We stayed here for a week after our 10 day safari in Tanzania. This was the perfect place to relax by the beach and enjoy the crystal clear water and endless white sand beach. The location is in a small village which really gives you the sense of Zanzibar life. The pool and grounds are beautiful. It was nice to have a kitchen to be able to cook a few times after being fed on safari. We really enjoyed having access to bicycles to ride to town for supplies and to explore the area. Riding on the beach was wonderful! I highly recommend this location for a quiet and authentic beach vacation.

Très bon rapport qualité prix et tranquillité !
Pros:

Nous avons séjourné une semaine au Breeze Résidence et avons passé un super moment. Cadre luxuriant avec une belle piscine pour se rafraîchir tout ça dans une atmosphère calme et très relaxante. Vous aurez du mal je pense à trouver un aussi bon rapport qualité prix sur Kiwengwa, tout est très propre et très bien entretenu.
Plusieurs petites échoppes tenues par des locaux se trouvent à proximité pour acheter de l’eau, des sodas, des légumes et fruits.
La plage est à 5min à pied en passant par le petit village de Cairo je crois.
Un ébéniste se trouve derrière les transats du Breeze sur la plage, allez jeter un coup d’œil il fait un travail remarquable !
La seul petite remarque que je pourrais faire c’est qu’il n’y est pas de restauration sur place mais je crois qu’il vont bientôt en proposer à vérifier.
Et pour finir un grand merci à Nikola et à tout son staff (femmes de ménages, Massaï...) pour leurs accueil, leur disponibilité, leur gentillesse et leur discrétion tout au long de notre séjour nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Nice apartment style rooms
Pros:

Breeze Residence is just that-a home away from home with your own little kitchen. Staff are very friendly, especially our greeter Mateo who smiled every time we came in through the gates. Alessandro was very helpful and accommodating (as we arrived a day early and had a bit of a problem with our driver). The pool is heavenly. My only regret is no restaurant (but then again, kitchen, so...). I would stay again and recommend to friends!
