Pros:

Excelente localização e staff muito cordial. A vista dos sassi é realmente incrível. No dia da nossa chegada, o recepcionista nos indicou com precisão onde estacionar, além de nos permitir a entrada no quarto antes do horário do check-in.

Nice view, not good enough to repeat given the bad beds, bedsheets, mattress and pillows.

The breathing view and the exciting experience of staying in a cave room.

Cons:

Despite being in a cave, they need to upgrade their beds. The mattresses are slim and you can feel the wood underneath. Mattresses were also wet the entire night. They only provide one low pillow each, which is not great. Overall, we all had a terrible night.

The location is magical, it felt like the ultimate Matera experience. When we arrived Davide was so accommodating and proud to show off his city, the magic began straight away. Lovely breakfast, amazing to have breakfast and aperitivo there.

Idéal à Matera
Pros:

Une vue magnifique, un cadre inédit. J'ai apprécié la gentillesse du personnel au check in /out.
Une chambre "troglodyte", de l'inédit pour moi.

Cons:

J'avais une petite chambre qui correspondait parfaitement à la description mais je pense qu'il est possible d'optimiser quelques éléments dans la salle de bain (porte serviette etc.)

Great hotel for visiting Matera
Pros:

This is a special hotel, situated in an ideal location to view and access this special city. David and his colleagues are amazingly helpful and kind and my family felt very welcome at the hotel. It is great for those who are travelling by car as you can drop your bags at the door and park in a nearby car park. The terrace is amazing with panoramic views of the city and historic sassi. The room we had was comfortable and good value. Breakfast had plenty of options and the coffee was particularly good.
