Struttura bellissima, posizione eccezionale, dal terrazzo c'è una vista mozzafiato.
Pulizia top, cambio biancheria giornaliera, camera caratteristica.
Colazione a buffet con dolce e salato, tutto molto buono.
Ci sono a richiesta prodotti gluten free.
Personale gentile e disponibile.

Das Hotel mit Höhlenzimmer und dem besten Blick auf Matera.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist in den Berg hineingebaut, was man von außen weder sieht noch vermutet. Innen offenbart sich die ganze Pracht. Das Zimmer, in die Höhle gebaut, ist der Hammer gewesen. Groß, hell, modern und dazu dieser Höhlenflair. Dazu eine Terrasse mit dem besten Blick auf Matera. Da möchte man gar nicht mehr weg. Frühstück ist reichhaltig und der Service ausgesprochen freundlich. Ein 10 Sterne Hotel.

Vue extraordinaire de la terrasse.
10 minutes à pied de la cathrdrale et des restaurants

Cons:

Basically, a nice place to stay

The room is certainly small. Bathroom is adequate. It is well designed given the parameters.
Would have appreciated information when checked in that GPS does not work well when you were walking around the town. Though I received a paper map this would’ve been very helpful.
