المكان قريب من كل شي هذا الذي أعجبني فقط

صوت الديسكو يصل للغرف لعدم وجود عوازل الموظفين غير مرحبين عدم مساعده النزيل في ايجاد سياره لاخذه الي المطار وعدم المساعده على ايجاد او محاوله ايجاد سياره للنزيل المطعم قديم والإفطار سي لن اسكن فيه مره اخراً ابد ولا انصح به احد النت يفصل وكل مره سوف نصلح العطل ولا يفعلون شي ولا انصح فيه دفعت مبلغ ولم اجد الراحه السويت عادي لا شي فيه جميل

Good for a short stay, clean accomodations.
Pros:

The room was clean, good shower, laundry line, tv, good lighting optiins in room. Flexible checkin times. Staff face to face appeared to want to be accomodating.

Cons:

Wifi was slow and spotty, difficulty communicating with staff for simple things like wifi password, room service, etc. It was ramadan so we inquired about restaurant availability, we were told it was open 24/7. However I called 3 different times in the morning for food and was given a different time the restaurant was open- later and later each time. The front desk ordered random food for me without my knowledge or asking- which i was allergic to so we left for the day without having eaten. This could have been avoided had we been told the truth upon asking about the restaurant hours at our arrival so we could have purchased food in advance for the morning. We also delayed our plans forbl the day waiting for the restaurant to open- really created a hassel. Also, times are not listed anywhere for restaurant, room service or check out. The staff has high surveillance as well, so you feel like youre being watched at all times. This hotel is not english accomodating.
