I've stayed with my parents one night, comfortable, safe, friendly staff, breakfast yummy.
Pros:

Location is very good. View amazing. Staff very friendly. Breakfast delicious, you never forget romantic breakfast and dinner with beautiful view by very kind and friendly staff such a Muhtar and his manager. Lemonade by Muhtar yummy, want to drink one more again. :)

Cons:

What I don't like in very good condition with very nice staff of Spring Hotel. Only can say thanks and wish the Best them. Maybe, if no advice of kind person like a Muhtar we didn't visit all beautiful places we wanted to see.

Amazing stay by the Nile shore, on the calmer West Bank. The amzing manager organised private boat and car tours for us,

It was very well located by the shore, and the West Bank is way more tranquil than the east. It had air conditioning, hot shower, attentive staff and a great manager who helped us organise all our tours!

The fridge was not too cold

Nice Views, Friendly People
Pros:

Very friendly people all around! The view from the deck is very nice, and the breakfast is good. I also appreciated the nice room with balcony and view towards the Nile river. Importantly the air conditioner worked perfectly. The property is very conveniently located to catch either a cab or a motorboat to cross over to the East bank.

Cons:

There was no soap of any kind, and no room cleaning during my stay. This was not a problem, just that the word “Hotel” should perhaps be qualified. Also, the Internet did not work at all during my stay, apparently some provider issue. The water in the shower did not run off smoothly. Finally, a large bottle of water which costs 100 EGP at the hotel can be obtained 200 meter down the road for 15 EGP.

Wonderful place, friendly stuff and great location
Pros:

This hotel was really close to the Nile, situated in a very ideal location , close to pick up points, restaurants, boat crossing and of way to a lot of little shops. Our room was really large and comfortable, nice bed and beautiful balcony. Bathroom was clean and good size. Hotel staff was always very kind and helpful especially for helping sorting out a plane ticket issue. You can also book a lot of tours with them, however as we had book ours in advance we didn't. Breakfast was served on terrace, very nice too and so peaceful. Also they kindly did laundry service for us. Definitely a place to be back.

I liked the place and the staff.
Pros:

Very friendly and hospitable staff, the most important thing here. The hotel is nice with amazing rooftop. The room with the river view is perfect for chilling at the balcony at evening. Clean room and fresh towels.

Struttura molto accogliente, personale molto gentile e simpatici…Caled, il taxista, è venuto a prenderci in aeroporto e ci ha aspettato fino a quando non siamo usciti nonostante la lunga coda per il visto, molto simpatico e affidabile. Camere pulite con tutto il necessario, colazione tipica molto buona.

A very friendly and kind owner who helped us organise everything we needed: a good guide for the Valley of the Kings, a boat to the other side of the Nile, a transfer to Marsa Alam, and even a lovely farewell gift of dried hibiscus.
The hotel is located by the Nile, close to the ferry/boat crossing. The view from the room was beautiful — sunrise over the Nile was unforgettable. There is also a great terrace with a view of the river. Breakfast was tasty, with fresh natural juices.
The room was spacious, with air conditioning, comfortable beds, and everything was clean. A very pleasant stay and a place we can definitely recommend.
