Super choix d'hôtel ! A réserver les yeux fermés !
Pros:

Super hôtel sur la rive Ouest de Luxor. Vue sur le Nil inoubliable. Les chambres sont grandes et propres, avec pour certaines une petite terrasse. L'accueil est impeccable et hyper sympa. L'hôtel propose quelques excursions à des tarifs raisonnables et la prise en charge (les montgolfières nous concernant) est parfaite. Petit dej super. La rive ouest est calme et il y a de nombreux restos à quelques pas de l'hôtel. Arrivée de l'embarcadère public à 5 mn à pied. Super adresse, on recommande sans réserve !

Cons:

Note pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, il y a des escaliers et pas d'ascenseur. Cela ne nous a pas posé problème, mais ce pourrait être gênant pour certains voyageurs.

A value for money choice on the west side
Pros:

The location is good close to the Nile and main attractions. The room was spacious and clean and the owners made us feel really welcomed. Food and breakfast were very tasty and there was wide variety of options.

Cons:

There was an issue with WiFi during our stay, but after a while it was fixed. The room we booked had a weird smell of humidity, but the owner was willing without any thought to provide us another room with view.

Pensé que seria más formato Hotel pero el personal muy amable y con un bote podíamos cruzar a Luxor

El personal fue muy amable en todo momento, muy serviciales.

Cons:

No pareciera ser tanto un Hotel sino más bien un mini departamento con lo básico.

Pros:

オーナーがすごく親切にしてくれて、問題がないか常に確認してくれました。ナイル川のサンセットクルーズや、王家の谷などのツアーもお願い出来て非常に満足です。
滞在中に中東情勢が悪化し、日本大使館に連絡しようとした際もとても気にかけてくれ、電話を貸してくれたり知人を紹介してくれたりしました。
ホテル自体もとても綺麗で立地もよく、屋上からの景色は最高でした。
ルクソールに来る時はまたこのホテに泊まりたいです！

The staff was excellent. Very warm & welcoming. They went above & beyond to meet any extra needs i asked for. Momen & his father were very kind in helping arrange a taxi for me & gave me tips and guided me on Luxor/ Karnak temple. They prepared a great dinner both nights for me. Their sugar cane juice is excellent!! The room was clean & the views from my balcony was great. The rooftop is a wonderful touch. Wifi was also reliable and fast. Thankyou momen and staff for all your help and creating a lovely stay for me.

Pros:

Nettes Hotel direkt am Nil mit schönen Zimmern und freundlichem und nicht aufdringlichen Personal. Frühstück war sehr gut, Ausblick vom Balkon schön und Lage perfekt. Das eigene Restaurant ist auch absolut empfehlenswert - selbst wenn sonst keine Leute da sind, kochen sie gerne, gut und frisch.

The staff was exceptional and more than welcoming, We got to the place a few hours early and they welcomed us with open arms and gave us our room early and let us stay in our room after checkout until our flight! They have free breakfast every morning and it’s delicious. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Pros:

Personnel à l'écoute et orienté client.
Nous voyageons avec 2 enfants et nous avons été très bien accueillis.
Belles vues.
Petit hôtel sans prétention, mais propre, agréable avec un sentiment de sécurité.
Je recommande.

Cons:

Les oreillers étaient un peu trop grand et trop durs à notre goût. Mais à part cela pas de remarques.
