Pros:

Realmente mala experiencia. El baño tenía goteras, se inundaba. Sábanas viejas y aspecto de aseo deficiente. Cuando llegamos no había toallas "están lavadas, mañana se las pasamos cuando se sequen", tocó pedirlas varias veces hasta que llegaron todavía húmedas. El desayuno estaba bien aunque es mejor pan fresco que pan tajado de tienda (y el precio no varía mucho). El sector es muy bueno

Realice mi reserva con anticipación, al presentarme en el hotel me informaron que no habia disponibilidad. Si no me hubiese presentado seguramente me cobran por no cancelar a tiempo, tuve que hospedarme en otro hotel que busque por mi cuenta. Super mal servicio. No lo recomiendo a nadie

Pros:

Es un irrespeto, al llegar al hotel dijeron que nunca recibieron ninguna reserva por parte de la página Hoteles.com.
Todo el hotel estaba lleno, tuvimos que buscar por todo Bogotá un lugar de hospedaje y pagar casí 3 veces más.
Esperen la demanda.
