Important information:

Rates on 24 December and 31 December include compulsory gala dinners for 2 people. Extra person will be additionally charged by the hotel for a compulsory Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve gala dinners.

There will be a refurbishment of the walkway between Ai Waan Spa area and the Fitness Center during March 1 – 12, 2026 (10:00 – 16:00 hrs daily). We anticipate a minor noise level during the work. During this period, Ai Waan Spa’s operating hours will be rescheduled to 16:00 – 23:00 hrs.

The swimming pool and swimming pool deck will be closed for refurbishment during June 1 – 30, 2026. Working hours are from 10:00 – 16:00 hrs daily. The swimming pool will be reopened from June 9, 2026, but the deck area will remain closed until June 30, 2026, inclusive. There will be a high level of noise during June 2 - 8, 2026.

Piękny, klimatyczny i kameralny hotel. Chce się powiedzieć - z duszą:) Świetna obsługa.

Cons:

W sporej odległości od centrum i głównych atrakcji, jednak dzięki temu w cichej i spokojnej okolicy. Mały minus za organizację przestrzeni basenu, choć on zapewne nie jest główną motywacją do wyboru tego hotelu:)

Best resort I've ever stayed in
Pros:

The treatement from the staff is exceptional. Attention to detail here is amazing, they offer very cool daily activities and free transport to the city centre. Food, views, comfort, the rooms and staff are all 10/10. I would come back here in a heartbeat!

It was a great stay. The place is so beautiful and the staff friendly

The breakfast is not a buffet and it took us time to get used to it because it is the most amazing breakfast. Portions are small but each is a masterpiece.the variety is huge and when you stop being shy and order more you are fully compensated. I can say it is by far the best breakfast we had

Cons:

It is nit allowed to smoke in the rooms or even at the open space. You can only smoke at a designated area that looks bad. You have a small narrow bench at the end of the hotel with a dirty old ashtray. It is fine not to smoke in the room or public areas but why like this. I felt humiliated

静かで緑に囲まれた日々は最高でした。チェンマイの伝統文化を大切にしたデザインも素敵です。朝食の幅もあって飽きずに美味しくいただきました。川沿いまで降りると菜園があり、和みます。スタッフの温かさ、素晴らしさは他にありません。

Cons:

バーとティールームにもう少し工夫が必要かもしれません。バーカウンターは無く、ラウンジですが、このホテルの素晴らしい環境に合う音楽の選曲を気をつけてもらえると快適かと思います。常駐バーテンダーも必要。ティールームは無人なので、自分の部屋でお茶を楽しむので十分。

Lovely salubrious setting & great service at Rays Heritage.
Pros:

The Raya Héritage hôtel was my jungle oasis just outside of Chiang Mai. The room was my anchor. The lanai was so relaxing and filled me with light and healthy vibes, especially as I was overcoming a cold. The doa treatment was well worth it and added to the healing. I lived the staff, they were mostly very accessible and helpful.

The grounds are gorgeous. The benches that line the river provide good stations to reflect and absorb the wonderful greenery.

Cons:

The food wasn’t as good as I expected of to be, I got room service several times and was always slightly disappointed. The breakfast was better but not stellar.

Excellent exceptional hotel!
Pros:

A mere 25 minutes drive from city centre and you are in an oasis of calm and beauty. Amazing spot on the river bank, lush gardens, spectacular suites and great attentive staff. Super clean and very pampering. Top notch spa.

Cons:

We feel the food standard could be better. We expected the breakfast and evening dining to be on a higher level of talent, certainly for the price range. Dining in the city was more exciting and easy to reach.
